Asst Property Manager Paulette Robinson at Spring Hill FL iStorage was super helpful and she drove me around and then told about the best available unit that just opened up that morning, right next to the door! She was very polite and also I was in the parking lot at 9am on Sunday and she pulled up. She got there early and let me buy some wardrobe boxes and I got an early start. She is great.

I missed Cubesmart Storages and I like their music but iStorage sound bored to me and dark. I want music back while I walk in my Unit. It is so sad I don’t hear music anymore. This place turns plain. I am not happy. The price is fairly okay.

If you need a storage place, then I would recommend iStorage. I was able to use them for a year, and the climate controlled room easily kept my goods from being damaged.

Attendant was polite, courteous and helped give me the best solution for my needs @ the right price.

I've been renting here for more than two years with never an issue. Even with high turnover in staffing they treat customers well and give breaks on rent when possible (but you should ask).

Rented a u haul

The staff in here are AMAZING, even though I had a horrible experience with early pick up, the UHAUL App, and Uhaul customer reps. While I was on the phone with UHAUL the guys arrive a little before 9 and processed my request in less than a minute. Thank you once again you made my moving day less stressful.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE !!! I rented a 10x20 climate controlled unit for a few months. The staff Ben and Moe were very helpful with the storage unit and setting up a truck rental for me. My storage unit was in the new building were everything was clean and dry. There was always help available if you needed it. I lost my padlock key and they got me back in. The two of them really care about customer service and it shows.
