EDIT**** I can not write a second google review but I had to open another unit with them this month October 2020 and worked with Brian. Brian remembered me by name and gave me the same great service and even better, he was also very helpful on the phone, just a pleasure to deal with all the way around. I can not say this enough, DO BUSINESS HERE THEY ARE TOP NOTCH!!!! After another local storage facility didnt have am available unit they recommended me to istorage. I had the pleasure of working with Bryan and he was an all around stand up guy. Excellent customer service, very personable and down to earth. A great experience and a clean quality facility. A-Plus Service, quick and easy set up and go

I visited here close to closing on the 21st of September and Brian was a huge help in getting me all set up. I was super stressed that day but Brian helped me through the process and he made it a very enjoyable experience. My only complaint was that the website does not disclose the full price so I ended up paying way more then I thought but that's not the stores fault at all! Unit was very spacious and well maintained.

Ok so I've had my storage unit for maybe 5 years and I have never had a problem. The guys in there have ALWAYS been nice, kind and welcoming. They know me by name and we have nice little chats every time I go there. Love those guys ❤

Very professional in these trying times.

When I called iStorage it was right in the middle of the COVID-19 outbreak. Brian brought all the forms I needed to sign to my car so I could practice social distancing. He also escorted me to my storage unit which was very helpful. The facilities are clean and the staff is professional.

I have used this storage facility on multiple occasions. They are always very helpful and prices are reasonable. The storage areas are always clean and the driving/parking areas are spacious. The office hours and access hours are very convenient. Much better all around than any other storage facilities that I have researched in the area.

Our experience went smoothly, we had a similar room for over two years prior so our information was in the computer. The person there was quick and efficient, he took us to our storage room and showed us where to park. Excellent service and friendly employees! We will rent another unit from here again if necessary! My only concern is my monthly payment was due on a Sunday; I hope not to be charged a late fee when I pay on Monday (tomorrow) because I was unable to make it in on Saturday or any sooner! I'm old school individual and I don't make any payments over the phone or online! I don't trust the digital technology!

So far so good, just rented a unit, it's nice and clean and a constant 80f. Man at desk was nice, helpful and fun to talk to.

This self-storage facility is in a great location, very clean, well lit, and properly secured. I feel confident my storage unit is secure while I am not there. I also want to give a shout out to the associate helping me complete my reservation. I don't remember his name but from what I gathered, he was a newer associate. Regardless, he was very knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and accommodating. He explained everything in detail and made sure I was getting what I need. He walked me to my new storage unit and showed me how to operate the lock which was very helpful. I very much appreciate the time he took to explain everything, especially since I arrived close to closing time. I do want to point out something though, the manager at the time, Jordan, seemed irritated with this associate during my time there and I even witnessed an eye roll towards him. Really?? It made me feel very uncomfortable and like I was interrupting the manager's day. For this reason, I cannot give 5 stars on this review. Above all though, my belongings are secure and that's all I can ask for.

Definitely recommend this place! My family made a truck reservation with Budget months ago but they cancelled on us last min. Dozens of calls and hours later we were starting lose hope. We thought our moving day was ruined until we spoke to Jordan. He truly saved the day! Not only did he have the truck we needed but was so courteous and kind, he brighten our day. Brian manages the facility in Titusville, Florida. He is very patient and a very nice person. My eldetly mother and I were at his facility to transfer her items to another locker and Brian drove us to see it first and later he came back to check on our progress. He is also a military veteran (as am I) which made me feel a sense of comraderie I only feel with other vets. He made the entire transfer run very smoothly. A great asset to iStorage! 5 stars!!

When I arrived at the office to sign the lease and have the unit assigned, both employees we a joy to work with. My unit is being paid for directly from my checking account, so no worries about paying late. The units and property are clean and well cared for. Positive experience all around.n

After a terrible experience with J&R storage I was very hesitant to look into another storage unit but in istorage is amazing. They were so helpful showing me the different units to see what size would be best for my needs. Everything is so clean and well kept. There are pallet carts to help you move things and you can do auto payments. There is great security. If anyone needs storage this is the place to go.

The storage experience has been improving lately, but I've not been very happy with my storage experience this year. The gate security was down for months, and the main gate was left open. Worse yet, the temporary door security code was written on a notice that was taped to the main security gate. Therefore, anyone could have entered the storage buildings. I expect the facility to be secure and to feel safe when I enter the storage building. During this time, I was notified that my rent would be increased! I should have been offered a discount for lack of security. Management allows people to park their trailers, boats and vehicles for extended periods of time in areas that need to be kept clear for moving trucks and renter's vehicles.
