I absolutely loved my experience here with both of the gentle who helped me. I can not remember there names but I asked about vehicle storage and what better way to see if your vehicle fits...you try it and I had alot of room; wish it was temp controlled but with me walking in and being able to obtain storage in little than 30mins I was shocked and I will recommend them to anyone. My storage wasn't clean or have a foul smell, it did have dirt on the ground but nothing to concerning that I would be nervous about my vehicle being stored there. The one attendant even made sure before I left the premises that my gate code work, they asked if I had a lock(which I did) so I was allowed to use my own. Thanks guys

I have stored items here on several occasions. Most recently, the process was taken care of quickly and easily online. The facility is secure and accessible. Each time I rented, the storage room was clean and had been sprayed with insecticide. My lock had been placed inside the storage room with the difficult hard plastic covering already cut open for me. Staff are kind, helpful, and efficient moving in, during rental, and moving out.

Honestly really nice ladies. My husband and I were on a budget and these ladies really helped pull through to get us a great deal.

The iStorage on Macon Road, Columbus, Georgia was extremely helpful. I was in a rush and had to have my rented Uhaul back. My units lock would not open. I was able to get into another another unit at the location and get all 3 of my other units...in as well.

Martha & Brandi were very helpful in picking out the right unit, process the contract over the phone then on move in date checked to make sure everything was okay, clean units, and to see if there was anything else we needed. Would recommend them for all your storage needs.
