Storage Units at 2415 Camp Jackson Rd in Cahokia, IL 62206

Most things are good here, like the service is good and the storage unit has good locks but this place has mice 😖

I stopped in to check pricing and to see if any units were available and see what sizes they offered. They were very friendly and assisted me with all the questions I had and answered questions for me that I didn't even know to ask

Customer service is great. rate increases are ridiculous. No multi unit discount and I’ve been here for several years but I’m I’m I’m looking for a different location now to switch to because I’m not satisfied at all with the rate increase. no discount on anything no incentive to stay have been a loyal customer for years. i’m being pushed out.

I love the customer service but the late fees and rate increases are just beyond belief, in this community and with this economy

The Customer service personnel at the cahokia location do an excellent job they go above and beyond! They are very knowledgeable and helpful. The only problem I have is the company keeps raising the rates!

The security here I can rest knowingly all my items or safe and on camera at all times. I will always rent my storage here and reasonable priced as well.

I have used this facility for my storage needs for almost 5 years and have never had an issue. I have recommended their services to my family and friends. They are absolutely the best in knowledge, unit cleanliness and customer service! Its a nice place to keep your stuff safe while you're moving.

Signing up and accessing my unit was very easy. There are cameras all around the storage yard and they have gated access from 6am to 10pm. Seems good so far!

Jace the customer service Rep out in Cahokia,IL was grrrrreeeeat, he got me in and out in a timely manner. He made sure he gave me great details walked me down to my storage area to view it. I was happy with his service. I would definitely recommend this place to family & Friends.

I had a great experience with the men working for istorage on camp jackson ..they got me in and out in a timely manner they have really excellent customer service skills ,they are really professional ,very friendly,helpful .... Staff was great. Lot has a lot of gravel, quite messy after rain.

They are very friendly they try to help as much as they can. My storage units was behind and they worked with me on them. I have two storage units with them and I feel safe my stuff is in there.thank you for all you do for me I appreciate your help. My units is under my brothers name and they allow me to pay and get into the gate.

Mr Mike was a sweetheart! Very professional and patient. I wanted to read my full lease terms and conditions and not once did he rush me to finish the paperwork. He gave me a ride to the storage unit to view and advised of all my options available. I would recommend any college students, military members, or just anyone else who needs to store items to visit this business.
