Very nice and helpful. But it's not very secure and not enough cameras.

Online rental process was so easy! Also, all information needed to start moving in was provided when the process was complete. I can't wait to start moving stuff!

This istorage location is great 5 stars

The on-site manager and the rental rate are great. But the appearance of outside parking is not that good. It is off the pavement in the dirt. And the vehicles are in full view of people passing by on the road and , hopefully, will not draw interest to my expensive motorhome.

I called to rent a storage unit the people I spoke with was extremely helpful. I rented the unit and was able to store my garage items that day! The area is fence in ,plenty of lighting and very clean units. Very satisfied!

The registration process was a breeze and everything was done on the phone which was great for me because it was cold outside and snowy and Im handicapped and dont step foot outside between November1 thru April 1..... Had a couple technical issues when reserving the unit on the website, however Jeannie was a great help working out the problems and had wonderful customer service. She explained everything in great detail and made sure I understood all of my terms and conditions. I would highly recommend!!!

I recommend interagency in pontoon. Fast friendly service. I had an issue signing the lease online as it kept saying this field is required when the field was filled in completely, Jeannie was helpful in looking into the issue printed the lease, and got me in and out no issues.

Very nice and clean storage place. The people that work there are really nice and professional. Plus the security is the best if your worried about your stuff. I did my research and this is the best security if your looking for that and it to be clean and nice employee's.

I had a great first time experience with Jeanie. She explained everything thoroughly while being quick, kind and efficient!

I love the location. Units are clean, secure, and right outside of town between new construction subdivisions and nothing. The store manager is wonderful. She’s willing to work with you as much as she can. Unfortunately, corporate is not very customer friendly and unwilling to negotiate. So, make sure to “measure twice and cut once” before signing a lease. Corporate has no concern for needs of their clients or staff, no matter who was at fault. Again, clean and friendly and satisfactory location but read between the lines cause you’ll be stuck with what you signed on for for two months. (i.e. my walk-in, climate controlled 10 x 10 storage unit w/ hallway access meant to be a drive up double the size. Housing inventory for 600 square foot retail space might be a challenge. I suppose I’m putting the 8ft food warmer and extra kiosks in my living room for now 😉).

This place had competitive rates, units were clean and easy to access. Manger on site was great to work with and really took time to highlight their security measures. Zero complaints and would definitely recommend.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Fair prices and clean grounds. Security is good. They have climate controlled as well as your normal storage sheds, and lots for trailers, cars and RV's. I would recommend them if you need storage.

The process was easy...the only thing that I don't like is that you are forced to get the insurance on your storage unit. I feel that the customer should have the opportunity to say yes or no about the storage insurance. It shouldn't be forced upon the customers.

Customer service at this location was excellent! And the facility is clean, secure, and has great access controls.

This storage facility is easily accessible and the staff is extremely friendly. I needed a cheap place to store a 5th wheel and was surprised by their reasonable pricing. Jeannie at the front desk was incredibly helpful and got me set up quickly and efficiently. I love that it only requires month-to-month payments with no long-term obligations. The facility is gated and pretty well secured, and it’s only 15 mins from St. Louis city. I highly recommend using this iStorage location.

Rachel is very friendly and personable with each customer. The storage facility is easy to find and very secure. Insurance is available for units. I used a unit for about 7 months while in between places. They offer referrals benefits and perks to new renters. I would definitely store my belongings here again if needed.
