I am very pleased with my experience with iStorage thus far. Scott W. was very friendly and transparent about the entire process. He worked quickly to meet my storage needs. I definitely recommend iStorage, especially because of Scott.

The facility was clean, secure, and management was extremely helpful and courteous. The overall experience was great.

Spotless gated facility with friendly and knowledgeable service! I rolled up about 15 minutes before close, but Scott met me with a big smile and proceeded to take me on a tour, walking me through options and available units with zero pressure whatsoever. He even stayed a few minutes later to make sure everything was taken care of!

Scott was awesome! He went the extra mile to ensure we were taken care of. Definitely recommend working with him for all your storage needs.

We had originally chose a 10x10 space. We went to space with Scott to put lock on. When we looked at the space we decided we needed a larger space. Scott made that very easy and we started moving in that day.

I went in and was greeted immediately with a big smile from Scott. I just needed some boxes to help my girlfriend move and he got me the perfect sizes for me asap. I’ll be back for all my boxing and storage needs for sure.

Manager at the Olathe/135th location was so pleasant and nice. The unit we rented was available same day as booking. Unit was clean and move-in ready which was greatly appreciated. He took the time to walk us thru using the gate code and took us to the unit location. Grounds were clean and well maintained. Facility feels secure.

The person in charge was named Reggie. Extremly helpful and showed me an extremely clean unit. The main reason I rented this unit was because of the manager that took the time with me where the other storage companies did not and also the cleanest unit. Not the cheapest but the cleanest.

Clean, Reggie the manager is cool. He works with you in everyway. But the company is a bit greedy, they have raised the rent 5 times in 12 months. Not cool. New customers can get a unit cheaper than existing customers. Not right. If it wasn't for Reggie we would left long ago.

About a month ago I was at my storage unit at the Olathe location. I have a unit that has dual entry doors and while there, I had accessed both sides and had inadvertently left one of the doors open and my stuff outside. Later late in the day, I realized what I had done and returned and found my door shut and locked and my stuff gone. In checking with the office, I found that "Kevin" had secured my stuff for me, and locked up my unit, which I very much appreciated. He we well beyond his call of duty. "Thanks Kevin". Steve B.
