Stopped in awhile back the manager Kim I believe is her name was so nice and helpful, her storage was clean and nice sorry it took so long for my review 😅

Kim is a Super star, I have stored at several storage places and she is by far the best I have ever had! She was quick, punctual and professional answering every question I had!

Kim is professional and quick with the move-in process! You can tell she takes pride in her property, it’s super nice to, love her office!

Located in a good part of town, and affordable! Getting the unit was a really simple process too.

I used iStorage when we moved to Topeka. The property was clean, secure and well attended. They called me a couple of days after I started moving items into my storage unit to let me know the lock I was using would be easy to cut off. They recommended a different style lock. I made the suggested change. The day I moved the last of my items out, I noticed one of the staff walking, the property checking to make sure everything was secure. I felt confident my property was secure while stored at this facility. I will be utilizing them again in the future.

Great Storage Facility, good staff!

We had checked out the property before going into the office. It’s a gated property which we wanted. It looked very clean. Once we went into the office, Kim was great in getting our questions answered. We just rented our unit.

I had to move my things pretty quickly back in December. They were able to immediately provide me with a unit, also gave me the first month discount on my monthly rate. My belongings stayed intact and were not damaged. I would recommend using them if you are in need of storing your belongings.

I had viewed unit a month before the need actually came about. Store representative presented herself and company sales well. Was still able to get same 5x10 . Setting up storage rental was simple over the phone. . discount for 1st month allowed my short term needs to be better accommodated. Customer representative was also able to connect me to moving truck customer rep without going through downloading another app. Cost was best price by far .. I couldn't even get an answer for 2 home improvement stores. I only needed a pickup truck, not a box truck.. Thank you

The customer service at iStorage on Westport Road is fabulous. The office staff is very helpful and courteous. The prices have increased significantly over the past couple of years but that is my only complaint. I always feel like my possessions are safe and secure at iStorage.

Anytime I’ve had an issue, they helped immediately and the one time my card didn’t work, the made sure to contact me, calling multiple times so I wouldn’t lose the storage unit.

Storage area is very clean, I feel very safe keeping my stuff there, staff are very friendly and helpful, always on top of things. I would recommend to anyone.

I went to this to check this location also. Saw Aaron again. He was just as kind and helpful. Showed me around. I was impressed that both locations were kept up good. I still haven't decided whether to choose this or that. Well I'm glad Aaron works at both.

I'd like to give more than 5 stars to Aaron for helping figure out what storage solutions would best fit my needs, and making the sign up process a breeze. Sold my house and planning on moving soon once paperwork is finished, but in the mean time will use istorage to store the vast majority of my house until I can move in.

I’m thinking about transferring from AAA storage because the manager there George is weird and someone is always getting robbed. I want out! I went to metro storage looking for refrigerator boxes which they do not have. However Amber was so friendly and kind enough to lead me in the right direction by suggesting I try Home Depot which was so helpful because of Amber I was able to find what I was looking for. If ever I need storage I will definitely be going back to metro storage to give Amber my business. Thank you again for the suggestion.

I have been a Metro Self Storage customer for over 5 years. I have seen management come and go; I am not sure why they can't keep anybody, but oh well. The current and most recent manager at the Westport Drive location is trying very hard to make a go of it and you can tell she cares. She is very personable and has been very efficient when I come in to pay. She has taken care of a small issue (paid the storage online, but the payment was never credited and resulted in my being locked out of the unit). This has happened several times and she has gotten it corrected quickly. I hope they are able to keep this manager, as she is very likeable and appears to be working hard to correct some issues left by former managers.

Kim ,the manager on site, did a great job of helping us though the process. First time we have ever rented a storage unit. We are now done with the storage and moved out. Would highly recommend this storage units. Safe, secure and clean. Amber and Kim did an excellent job of helping us throughout the entire 6 months of the rental.

I had some issues with booking a storage unit here. But Kim the manager took it upon herself to call me directly. She had all my issues taken care of and I had a storage unit in 15 minutes. Was renting here for 9 months. On occasion if you didnt shut your door right or all the way alarm would go off continuously for people and workers to hear, so would have to come back to fix. But glad they had touchy alarms to keep our valuables safe. So very gratefull. Thank you!!! Would recomend to anybody over any other storage unit. Staff also super friendly and helpful!!!

The process was very quick, location is very easy to get to, in a safe area, excellent interaction with the property manager, honored the website promotion.

We found the location clean, convenient, and friendly office personnel. What was a little irritating was the alleged $1 first month. I had planned to rent a 10 X 10. I looked at the unit and decided I needed something just a little bigger. I was shown a 10 X 15 and it was just right. Now the kicker, I was told I would not get the unit for the first month for $1 as it was the last unit of that size and when that happens they charge you half price. I chose this location for that reason and then found it was not be to--not a very good way to do business. Public Storage where we have rented units for numerous times has a $1 first month rent but I decided to give Metro a shot. I will keep this in mind in my future storage needs.

I just began renting from Metro, and my leasing experience was great! The facilities are clean and well managed, and the staff was very helpful. My 10x10 unit is a little pricey, but I got the first month's rent for $1 (plus a leasing fee and I paid for a new lock). I'm willing to pay the extra money for 24 hour access in a safe area. So far, I would definitely recommend them!

Our experience with Metro Storage on Westport was excellent. Renea was our contact and she was very professional and went out of her way to make sure everything was acceptable. We moved in to a house and are able to store everything on site. If the need arises again we will definelty use this Metro again and would recommend them to anyone needing storage.
