Edit: Renting here again, and the service is every bit as great as before. The management is top notch and takes great care of the facilities and customers, and the security in place let's me stow my things without worry. I've stored here numerous times over many years. The facilities are great, but the staff really shines. The manager, Alice, has always been very helpful and a delight to deal with. I will always come back to this location anytime I need some extra storage space.

Ised a unit here for 2 yrs and the price increased 3 different times. That was annoying but the units were well protected and had good surveillance and I had zero issues aside from the price going up The lady running the office, Alice, was incredibly sweet, she was a joy to work with and always super helpful.

Im giving 5 stars to Alice to the Istorage property on Tyler RD! The online/app had really messed up! They took my money but didnt give me any info on my unit, gate code, type of locks to use. There was nothing good about the app! If i had not talk to Alice the property manager, the app would have gave me a unit with a house size door on it not a garage door! If it had asked i would have told it no! I need a garage door unit! Alice fixed it and made sure i was good to go before i left the office she even set it up so it was auto pay so i wouldn't have to deal with the app anymore! If i were to refer this place it would be only because i know they are in good hands with Alice! THANK YOU Alice for the awesome service!

I reserved my unit online, which was very easy to do. The next day I got a call from the sweetest lady. Alice, was informative and explained exactly what I needed to do to get moved into unit. When I arrived at the store she again took care of me. I had to return a few days later with my proof of insurance and she remembered me and called me by name. She was just the best and made the experience enjoyable.

Very much liked working with Alice and Bobby. Even when we discovered my trailer would not fit through the storage unit door, Alice, at closing time, took time to cancel my rental immediately. I was disappointed to not be able to continue a really good experience!

I've been moving around a lot since moving back to the area after I finished school. A lot of my stuff ended up in storage here until I could find a place. iStorage West made that process a bit easier. The property is safe and secure and I often see the managers out and about, driving around the property, which makes me feel better. I would definitely recommend iStorage.
