Tae gives wonderful service all around.Very friendly and helpful when it comes to units and uhaul. Oh omg I forgot he got style and is funny as hell. We Will be back again for uhaul at this location.
Process to rent online was very easy and didn’t take much time. The only negative for me was the cost of insurance that is required to rent. Monthly fee was high in my opinion for the amount of coverage. The unit was clean when I arrived and had no issues at all.

The manager at this location was fairly new and didn't know how to handle a claims situation properly, but the District Manager gathered all of the information and handled the situation professionally. No hard feelings on my end. It was definitely a crazy situation for me , but thank God for his favor and Blessings.

Great prices and staff was amazing. Provided great follow up on my inquiry and when I arrived was very pleasant to work with. Grounds were nice and clean and love the fact they are not easily seen from the main road. Feels more secure. overall a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this location.

I had the opportunity to meet the staff at the Crain Highway office. They were pleasant and very informative. I walked the facility and was pleased with the storage units and how clean they were. Other than the mats when you’re going down the stairs were someone might fall. I was pleased with Tanya and Heather.
We came in today to look at a unit, and Tanya was extremely helpful and very thorough with all the information we needed. She is a great people person.

My family purchased a storage unit and lock yesterday(10/23). We were pleasantly surprised with the assistance of the manager T. Shelton. She was warm, inviting, informative and even asked if we were in need of purchasing other supplies. Thank you for the easy transaction, as moving and storage can be extremely frustrating.

This storage/uhaul facility is amazing in their customer service and overall business practices. The manager, Heather is amazing and very accommodating in taking care of her customers. She went above and beyond in my situation. I will never go anywhere else for uhaul service and if I ever need storage she will be the only one I go to! I went to iStorage this evening and Tanya was the only staff member available. There was a couple in front of me who had issues renting a unit for the first time. It took a very long time for the couple to get situated due to issues with the technology. Tanya was so apologetic and offered to show me units. I saw a 10x10. There was a a lot of debris on the floor and Tanya was again apologetic. She was very friendly and kind to me. I ended having to leave because of the tech issues with the couple in front of me. I plan to come back and I hope Tanya Will be there to assist me again.

The location was perfect for me to store my valuable as I relocate in the area. The customer service was very friendly and understanding. The prices for unit were reasonable. The facility is clean and spacious. I would like to thank the staff for a well organized establishment.
Friendly, cool, and clean!
I did find another place that was quite a bit cheaper. However, the staff reflected that. Kelly, the property manager at Storage Plus is extremely sweet and accommodating. The temp. controlled units are nice and cool and very clean. I had visited other temp. controlled places and I don’t think being just as hot inside as an 85 degree day outside is considered temp. controlled at all....but maybe that’s just me. Temp. here is perfect and I don’t have to worry about my stuff in the heat. Can’t speak for the winter yet, but I’m sure it’ll be just fine. Highly recommend!

Fast, Friendly, and helpful
When I came in I got nothing but a big smile and a welcome to iStorage. Heather greeted us as we came in. She took me and my husband to view a few units and they were clean and she even helped us find the right size unit to accommodate our belongings. She even helped us pick out boxes and other items to help make our move easier. She was so happy to do her job and friendly. She told me she has only been doing this for a few months and I was shocked. She was so knowledgeable about every question we asked her. 5 stars for sure and will be sending family and friends her way.
