I had a great experience from the time. I talked to a representative on the phone and set me up with a unit to my visit to the facility in Leonardtown. I was greeted I was taking care of efficiently. The facility was immaculate, and I visited three times since and each time the experience has been great.

Glen has able to answer any of the million questions I've been asking since starting at iStorage!

I have had a storage unit at this location for almost a year now and have had excellent customer service with Glenn. I had a minor issue with my initial unit but as soon as it was brought to Glenn’s attention, he immediately found a solution and I have had no issues. Thank you for being so helpful!

The manager at the Leonardtown location is wonderful to work with. He was busy all day but took the time to answer all my questions and work with me while I had my moving truck loaded. Highly recommend this location.

Outdoor storage area was too small for my boat and I needed to leave after 6 days. I tried to get the storage area angled to accommodate my needs since the lines were not painted yet, but it didn’t happen. CubeSmart was very responsive and understood the situation.
