The facility is clean and well taken care of. The starting rates are the most affordable in the area. The process is easy to both begin renting as well as terminating the rental, no hassles. For me, a 5-star rating would mean having pro-rated rates if terminating a rental before the 10th of the month. As well, no email or phone notice is given when rates go up, as they do over time. But these things seem to be standard across rental places, an annoyance of the storage business. If I had to rent a storage unit again, I would do it with iStorage in Shrewsbury.

iStorage is a great place to rent from. They have Multiple size units with cheap pricing. Kerrin the property manager is amazing. She's so thorough & helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone near the Shrewsbury area, looking for a storage unit....

At first I thought I was talking to the manager but it was a lady at a call center in Colorado very nice lady very helpful and kind. They set me up very easily I rented 2 spots, nothing was said about stopping at the office normally we use our gate code find my rental spots and park them. The lots were not marked and so my driver parked them the best of his knowledge. Good price on the average. I will rent from them again and refer them to friends

Rented a new unit with Kerrin and it was quick and easy. The building and facility is clean and well maintained. The 24 hour video security and positive entry/exit code controls makes this more secure than most places. The climate controlled building was comfortable even in the 90*F weather.

During this time of the virus I needed a storage spot right away. I was told this place had available spots for drive up. I'm disabled and needed this kinda locker. Told me all the specials without me asking. Telling me about a bigger locker I could get bigger than the one I had picked for same price but much bigg er. That was awesome and paid only penny plus insurance for first month. Got a huge spot in back near fence sunny quiet area nobody bothered me. Guy had me sign papers outside wearing a mask and we went looked at spot took my paperwork easy as 1,2,3. Great place.

As soon as you walk in the lady at the front desk is very welcoming & helpful in a matter of minutes she help me get my units, locks/keys ready to go. They prices are a steal & you can access your storage until 11:00 PM you cant go wrong with iStorage. Also I was able to catch a promotion with frist month free of charge.

Lots of storage options in the area, and they're priced the lowest. The facility is clean and organized, and the staff is friendly. My only complaint is the number of available hand trucks/flat beds. They can be a challenge to find on the property.

Amazing storage units with an elevator for the second floor units.the first floor units are all drive through but a little bigger ones.
