Easy five stars. I was extremely impressed with the customer service end when I needed immediate storage assistance. The manager I dealt with, her name is Elizabeth. She is a over qualified individual for this position. I wish the World had more of her skill sets… her general knowledge of property and layout, problem solving skills, well rounded management mindset, and she takes clear initiatives to focus on the customer’s individual needs… there wouldn’t even be a need for a review section like this if there was more of “her”around. She has made the temporary transition for me comfortable, effortless, customized my immediate needs and has been very easy to communicate with since. I have dealt with other storage facilities in the past and this istorage in Tewksbury is 1st class. Whoever reads this on corporate end, Elizabeth is somebody that I hope you value. I’m transferring from one unit to another. The thought of it is very overwhelming but we needed to downsize due to cost. The property manager Philip and his colleague were fantastic. She was happy to walk me over to the next unit. We had great conversation on the way which lightened all the stress. She explained the unit and also helped me reserve it. Philip took care of the final details and helped me with all of my questions. Very pleased with my experience.

I just signed my contract today for storing my son's things over the summer. We live in NJ and he attends nearby UMass-Lowell. The process to start the rental online was so simple and the customer service from management here couldn't be better! Looking forward to using this unit and not lugging or storing all of his belongings back home. UPDATE 5/24/22: We continued to have a great experience with move in. Management checked in often via text and we had no issues with our unit or the access gates. Elevator was great to send up the large/heavy items and meet it at the top. Will definitely use this location again throughout my son's years at UML.

First time renter. i Storage made it very easy for me. Gentleman at the desk was very polite and helpful even though I walked In at lunch time.

Unit isn't really 10x15. Little smaller. It wouldn't have been an issue if putting boxes or multiple things. However moving in a camper with set dimensions made it more difficult. Almost cancelled unit. The unit itself is set up in such a way that I believe I will not have to deal with any water issues at all.

We've had two units here over the past two years and the site is always exceptionally well maintained, safe, and accessible. Bill the Manager, and also Samantha, were very knowledgeable (and so patient!) when we needed to get accurate sizing and pricing options for renting our second unit very quickly. Bill helped to make our very stressful move-in day as easy as possible and has continued to be a great resource and friendly face as we clean out our units. I've spent ALOT of time here carefully downsizing and organizing our belongings on site after two very big moves. You can rent a storage unit anywhere, but it's the little things that end up being most important when going through the stress of a move and the visits afterwards: having access to a functioning (and clean!!) bathroom for your kids, moving supplies for purchase on site, WORKING elevators, and accessible staff to quickly change a lightbulb has made a challenging situation very easy. The location is also very convenient - right off the highway and with food and shops just across the street if you need to take a break and don't want to have to drive anywhere with a big truck. Bill has been so helpful to me over the years and also just a really nice guy to have a quick chat with to break up the monotony of unpacking/moving. It helps to have personable staff nowadays! I've been at the site alot during off hours at night and have no safety concerns. There was plenty of timed lighting inside the building, and I like that the location is right on Main Street for when I have to access our outside unit in the dark at night. I've never had any issues with other renters, everyone does their own thing. No "creepy characters" hanging around, haha! Bill runs a very professional operation here and I highly recommend this site over others in the area. 5 stars across the board!

This place is exceptional. I live in California and require storage in this area for work, and everyone I've worked with there for the past 5 years - including the front desk manager Bill - have been so kind and easy to work with, despite the challenges that have come with me not being there physically most of the year. The biggest advantage is that UPS will deliver to units at this facility, which not all storage facilities allow and is a requirement for me to keep our business running smoothly from across the country.

I’ve had some fraud issues against my checking account and since I was set up for automatic payment with iStorage...well needless to say it caused some issues. I’ve had to call the Tewksbury branch (where my storage is located) to get my payment processed for the last 2 months. Both times I spoke with Bill whom I think is the manager. He is the most upbeat, positive and cheerful person I’ve ever spoke with over the phone. He assured me there was no problem and he processed my payment with no issues. I actually cant wait until I get a few minutes to go into the storage facility just to meet this man. What a joy he is 💜

Courtney was awesome! I called looking for information on pricing and availability and Courtney was beyond helpful. I kept telling her that I was planning to come take a look at the unit, but then I would not show because something else came up. Instead of just forgetting about me she called me once a week to let me know how many units were still available and would check to see if I still wanted to stay on her list. She made sure that they did not run out of units before I was able to secure one for myself. Her due diligence and persistence was exactly what I needed. She did not drop the ball at all, even though I did, many times. She made the experience really great for me! In a day where most people only do the bare minimum in a job, Courtney really goes above and beyond!

The units are behind a locked gate with security cameras throughout. Courtney was great, she showed us to the unit personally and helped us with everything we had trouble with. She really made the process easy and made us confident in our choice with this business!

I needed to move out of my old place before my new place was ready. In a pinch, I found Simply Self Storage in Tewksbury. It is located just a short drive from 495 and very easy to access. The facility is very clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly; especially the manager, Joel. I only needed the unit for about 1 1/2 months and that was never a problem. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to store their stuff.
