I've used this storage facility for 20 plus years. Over the past 12 years the manager, Sharon has given me impeccable service! She goes over and beyond her dities to help you and solve any issues that may arise. I highly recommend using this facility for the manger Sharon is second to none!

In 2020 I had a climate controlled storage unit at this location for about a year. The manager Sharon was extremely helpful and friendly during my transition. She accommodated my requests and offered assistance when possible. When I couldn't afford the large unit and had to downsize, she was able to set me up right away without any problems. Infact, she even went above and beyond one day when I was trying to apply for something and needed a copy of my ID (I didn't have a copy of it because I lost it) She went through my file and emailed me the photocopy she had of mine. That helped me get approved for what I was applying for. As long as the same manager is there, I would definitely recommend this storage facility. She actually treated me like I mattered.

Never had a problem with getting ahold of someone to remove the facilities lock when past due unless it's after hours then first thing in the morning they have them off, clean units and always a friendly staff.

I've had a unit here for approx 2 years. I must say this place is great. Sharon is by far a amazing person to deal with. Great spirit, great sense of humor. I give her money and she still manages to make me appreciative of taking my money. Highly recommended.

Not once have I been in the establishment and been treated harshly. She always has a smile on her face and a very upbeat demeanor. I have not once heard Sharon raise her voice, change her tone, or respond in any type of negative fashion. I say this because there have been times customers did not offer her the same courtesy, yet Sharon stays true to the company guidelines and professional etiquette. 4.Sharon is fast and efficient. Whether or not you are in a hurry, she gets what needs to be done adequately finished in an ultra timely manner. 5.Sharon makes sure that the surroundings are neat and refreshing to be in. From cleaning the desk, making sure there are the necessary supplies to to do whatever needs to be done, she’s on it! Every time I enter the space this is the case, along with it smelling lovely. 6.Sharon is informative. You are never in the dark with what is happening with the establishment, or the services offered.

I rented a storage unit on Monday and received a great deal on my unit. The woman who helped me was Sharon. She showed me my options and made sure I got a great deal. I also received 1 month free. I have rented units before, but this was my best experience. The customer service and the upkeep of the grounds made me feel very comfortable about I storage.

I went to iStorage because I need a unit unexpectedly and Donna was very friendly they work with my budget and I was able to get a storage at a great price. The next day when I went to pay for the storage Sharon was also very friendly an she quoted me the same price without having to speak to Donna. That lets me know that they are an honest company and you don't have to haggle to get the quoted price you were given from the first person you spoke to. Thank you ladies I have already recommended you to several of my friends.

The staff were very helpful; they showed me the various rental units I which I was interested. Their heated units are eight feet tall and the unheated units are ten feet tall. I rented a 5 x 10 unheated unit and put 77" W x 96" H x 30" D garage rack with five shelves and was able to turn 50 sq. ft. into 110 sq. ft. of floor space.

So far so good, started with a 10x10 then upgraded with no problem manager worked great on helping me get the bigger unit. Security is amazing and having the police station across the street is a plus

I agree with the comments of most of the people who have posted before me. Let me add to them by saying that... Sharon and Donna are very friendly, personable people who are willing to work with (and accommodate) the customer to the best of their abilities. Location has some new units being built on the southern grounds but is still navigable and pretty clean actually, for now -- No loose debris to worry about. These ladies do a great job of upkeep here so to see a mess is very rare. I've known someone who has been here for years (as I have too) and we have had no problems. Lights work also in the units!! A little pricy but the manager is great. Very kind and cares about her customers. Didn't know if I was getting the unit for the past month. She worked with me and inquired if I needed it every so often. Finally moving and needed somewhere to store my belongings since my home is too small to store the boxes. The unit isn't even a mile away which is super convenient and I'm happy with the high security. Definitely recommend if you're in the area and need something close!

My name is Kevin G and I had to downgrade to move to Centerline so I had to put alot in storage (10x15) and the person helped me was Sharon at the desk. I never write reviews but Sharon is worth it. For a year Sharon worked me and the moment I fell behind she was on the phone letting me know how to catch back up and it worked. Sharon has a job there but she believes in people and the fact life happens to everyone. Sharon was great and never stop being great even when I fell alittle behind. Sharon is the greatest people person I`ve ever met and I appreciated that !!! Sharons service was beyond my imagination and so I`m a life customer !!!! Thanks alot SHARON !!!!!!

Having to put your personal belongings in a storage unit isn't usually a pleasant experience. However, if you have to I would recommend this place to everyone. Sharon is awesome. She's very professional but she also takes the time to care.In a world where good customer service is rare,Sharon goes above and beyond to help people. The rest of the staff is good as well.The units are always clean.The rates are fair and l would definitely recommend everyone that needs storage to consider Simply Storage(Centerline).Plus the new guy Marco is very good. He's really approachable. If he doesn't have the answer he'll find it for you. I've never seen this guy without a smile.The staff in general is just awesome. Went on Thursday Feb. 15, 2018 to Simply Self Storage to check prices and get some information. Sharon was wonderful answering ALL questions I had. Then she turned things over to a very nice young man whose name is DeMarco. DeMarco showed my son and I some differen units and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I ended up getting a unit that day. DeMarco was very helpful in giving suggestions on how to pack the things I have at home as well as packing them in the unit itself. I will recommend Simply Self Storage to others. Wonderful people, wonderful service and wonderful pricing.

My mother and uncle have rented storage units here in the past so it was an easy choice when I needed a unit for myself. I was helped by Sharon and she is such a wonderful person who made the entire process quick and easy. I like that for every person you refer you get $30 off. The service here is fantastic! I have been dealing with Sharon for years. She makes you feel extremely comfortable with the way she speaks to you. It’s not like some places where you go in, and you feel like you’re being spoken to by a machine. I walk in and she knows me by name immediately. She knows all of my information and I don’t have to Do anything! It’s nice, when you can go into a place and they know you. Almost as if I’m walking into Cheers And hearing Norm screamed out!

Reasonable prices, great customer service

Just signed up for my first storage space online at this location. Shortly after, I got a call from Sharon, the property manager, who talked me through the rest of the process and -- most importantly -- answered all of my questions and assuaged all of my worries. I've been putting this off for months because I wasn't sure how this might work for me, but now I feel so much better about leaving my stuff in a place that isn't my home! Sharon asked me to complete a Google Maps review for her location, and frankly, after how helpful she's been to me, I'm happy to oblige. Thanks again, Sharon! If I find out that any of my friends need a storage unit, they're going to hear good things about the place I use!
