Website easy to use, had storage unit in 5 minutes

The office closes early. And there should be dumpster there for ppl to throw there trash away after moving out of there space. The fact you don't have to punch in a code to exit is a plus.

Reasonably priced for the space you get, but very dirty unfortunately.

I rented a space at the Clinton twp location and the manager, Donna, was so sweet and helpful. She initially cleaned out the space for me and also called when my auto-pay didn't go through so I wouldn't be charged late fees. This place was also the best rate in the area. I really appreciated the professional service!

One word. Amazingggg. I was looking at storage units over the weekend and reserved a unit on a Saturday evening. First thing Monday morning I received a pleasant call for further inquiry from Donna. Donna was absolutely fantastic. She made sure I picked a unit suitable for me and even when I was debating between two, she didn’t push me to get the more expensive one, rather, she explained to me why I should get the smaller one to save money and if I needed to go bigger made sure I knew there wouldn’t be a problem to upgrade if necessary. Donna made my whole experience quick, easy and enjoyable. I will definitely be sticking with the company and location

Just picked up the keys for my storage unit today and had the absolute pleasure of having Donna help me get everything sorted out. If you have any storage needs, this is the place to go. I had just come in from a long drive across multiple states, having been packing up my apartment for a couple of days and I was exhausted. It was an hour until the business closed, but she made sure I got everything squared away and found my way around. They need to plow the snow away from the unit I went to put stuff in the unit snow and ice right at the door I have pictures from visit to pay The plow guy just finished sow was plowed right up to my door The unit acrossed from mine where cleaned better

Needed a storage unit under very limited time in the snow. Stephanie and Mitchell were very helpful. Worked with me very patiently as I was changing things quite often. All work out great and even better with all their assistance and helpful suggestions. Units are clean but not climate control so took an outside unit...felt warmer actually than the inside unit.
