Storage unit is what you'd expect, the employees have always been excellent. Unfortunately the rising unit cost is not sitting well. I believe that it has risen about $40 per month in about a year.

This didn't go so well. But in the end he helped with the straps. So thank you so very much ❤. Check areas for delivery. Before you use this.

Lisa went above and beyond her managerial responsibilities. Without her assistance we never would have been able to get an eighteen-wheeler to stay long enough to do a pickup on a snowy, miserable day. Great manager, with a cheerful attitude.

We have been clients of this storage facility for years; we were clients even before it was under the iStorage management. Lisa, the facility manager, has been the most helpful one this storage facility has had since we got there. She helped us finding a much bigger storage area inside the facility, our original one was a bit too crowded. Once we started to move, she checked on us a few times a day to see how we were doing and giving us pep talks to keep our morale in top shape. During the moving ordeal she gave us a few moving tips and helped us with packing material. The paperwork to move from one unit to the new unit was a breeze, we did not have to worry about a thing. I would highly recommend this Storage facility!!!

Lisa was so helpful when we vacated a space. Seven years of rental and no issues with damage or theft.

I needed a self storage option after downsizing and Lisa was a tremendous help. It turned out I didn't need the storage as long as I thought and canceling the storage was quick and simple. I would definitely go back if I need more storage.

This place is great. Scott the manager walked us through the entirety of our prolonged stay, and gave me peace of mind knowing everything was easy peasy. I’ve already recommended to friends looking for easy storage for extremely good rates. Update: Just moved out, used for approx. 24 months total. Never a bad day, staff was always courteous, ask for Lisa she’ll brighten up your day while making sure everything is well taken care of. Will remember the space in the future should we or anyone in our circle need storage again!

I needed a place to quickly store a couch because i couldnt fit it in my new apartment. Same day found this location. Quick and easy in less then 15 min. I had a storage unit. I will definitely use them in the future. Management is very professional and also so courteous to call you if your lock doesnt look as tho it was put on properly. Price was reasonable as well.

I have to say that I have been going through a bit of a hardship and have fallen behind on my bill. This is an embarrassing time for me and I have to say that the Property Manager Scott has been extremely helpful during this time. Not only has he explained the entire process of getting behind in payments before auction occurs, he has done so with extreme grace and shown a genuine interest in what's going on in my life. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of extra storage! It is absolutely hands-down THE BEST STORAGE FACILITY I have ever utilized!! This is a very secure outside storage facility. Easy to access and well managed. Once I did not lock the unit properly, and Scott notified me quickly about the situation.

Simply Storage has been fabulous to work with. When we were first looking for a place to store our RV, the site manager- Scott, took the time to show us what he thought might be of concern and knew his lot well. My husband and I were very impressed with his ability to think about how our RV would ride on the ground, curves to the lot, etc. He has always been available when we have questions or concerns.
