If you do not have your insurance, we require SBOA Tenant Insurance for your items. It is recommended that customers utilize our plan even if they are using their homeowners or renter's policy, as it prevents your insurance premiums from going up in the event of a claim and pays out prior to insurance claims.
All leases we offer are month-to-month. Whether you only need storage for a month or longer, there is no need to sign an additional lease to accommodate a greater need. Stay for as long as you will need storage without fear of lengthy commitments. While you are welcome to utilize your storage unit for less than a month, prepayment of one month is required and will not be prorated if your use is less than one month.

Access hours are when our customers can access their units and either load or unload them. Office hours are the hours our office is open for business. Things that you may need during office hours include rent payment – should you opt to pay in person – purchase of additional moving supplies, and transferring or vacating a unit.

Well… when I called in & set up the arrangements the gentleman was polite, but I had to give him my name and spelling a few times! He told me I could pick up a lock at the Facility for $14.99, which I found out was incorrect! They were $17.29 with tax came to over $20.00! He had put in my last name as my first name, so the gal had a hard time confirming me! Luckily she got it changed to be correct! It made me a bit apprehension as to what my billing would be like & pray I don’t run into problems with that too! I wii see going forward!

Tykisha Kemp was the wonderful in-store customer service representative that serviced me & was very helpful. She explained the cost and policies (Like the renters fee & insurance fee which was like $35 together) to me. Explained the prorates for August since I got the unit August 17th & then could get Sept. Free or I could get the rest of August free and pay for next month which the new month starts Sept 1st. NOT AUGUST 17TH. Tykisha was respectful, very patience, and a pleasure to talk. Moving is difficult and with her spirit and accuracy she helps make moving better. The price for the unit was very good and my unit was clean. I recommend istorage for sure.

The service was Very Good from the Person I talked with and set up the rental agreement. When I as at storage facility last week I noticed there was a crew cleaning up the brush close to my storage unit. I would have to say that the driveway between the storage units is in bad need of repair. Many Potholes that should be patched up to prevent any damage to the renters vehicles and trailers that pass through there...other than that the space I am renting was clean and in Good shape when it was shown to me..... More reasonable than expected. Maintenance on roads by building not very good though. Had a hard time walking on all the ice, not to mention trying to load and unload trucks.
We really appreciated that someone was physically at the location when we visited. He was helpful and friendly and set us up with a great storage unit. It even has a light on the inside! It was clean and dry and the rate was better than the others we considered. I definitely recommend storing your stuff here!

This was by far the best experience for me renting a storage unit. Tykisha was very professional and knowledgeable, and most importantly, not pushy or adding unexpected expenses as she was totally honest up front with all costs. Two areas of caution if you are not experienced at doing this. First, understand that by reserving a specific unit at a specific cost on-line, you are not guaranteed to get this specific unit until you go in and sign the paperwork and make the first payment. Second not all units are rectangular in shape, so a 10' x 15' could be rectangular with about an 8' wide overhead door, or it could be "L" shaped with a 4' wide overhead door. Neither was a concern to me, hence the five stars.

I have to rave about Tyisha. She was amazing!! The day that I got my storage unit she happened to overhear me talking on the phone and discovered I was homeless and she made a call to her boss and was able to get me a discounted price for that month which helped us tremendously. Anthony has been very professional and friendly. There has been some turnover at this location during the few years that we've rented two storage units here. At first there were a couple issues that SSS handled expertly. The issues were not the fault of Simply Self Storage, but they took ownership of it and resolved it well. I recommend this location and Anthony to anyone needing extra storage.
Anthony Wegman is a great and wonderful tenant that is in charge of the Coon Rapids Minnesota location I highly recommend it prices are low for large storages. I've been with them for almost 6 years wonderful people very genuine and kind!

I'm very pleased with my storage unit! it's a decent price but the staff is why I decided on simply storage. They were extremely friendly and helpful. I've had a unit there for about 3 months now, I needed a new bulb put in and they helped me move some of my stuff out to reach the light fixture. I'm exceptionally pleased with simply storage in coon rapids!

Anthony is always friendly when I see him on the property. He's super friendly, and my experience here has been wonderful. I've had a storage space for over a year, and I've never had any problems accessing my storage unit, nor have I had anything damaged while in storage.
Customer service ia great for sure. Was originally told rent wouldn't go up for 1 year but they did anyway after 6 months. Some upgrades are in need as the bolt for the doors are connected by shotty wood trim only. Overall moved out because of the price increases.

Clifford was amazing. Very professional and friendly, he definitely made my experience there very pleasant and easy. He was very helpful in making sure I got what I needed, he even helped me transfer to a bigger unit after I paid for a smaller one and realized that it wasn't big enough. He did not seem irritated with having to fix my mistake he seemed eager to help and eager to please. I just moved to coon rapids and his friendliness and amazing customer service is my first impression of this town and I won't ever forget that.
