Storage Units at 10875 NW Highway 45 in Parkville, MO 64152

We’ve had our stuff in storage for some time now. I’m suuuuuper forgetful, but our stuff has never been in “Storage Wars”. The new Property Manager, Joshua was pleasant and kind. The trainer on site had great customer service skills. If we had to store more items, we’d definitely go there.

I rented a unit with IStorage for one month while moving. I had concerns with being charged for a extra month when moving on the 1st and 2nd of the new month. Sara was help ful and professional, being only 3days in on her new job at IStorage, took care of all my concerns.

Matt has great communication skills, is knowledgeable about his job and always clean and presentable! I gave you a five because of Matt! The downside is that Connie is pushy, threatening and bossy. Apparently she is not knowledgable because she was this way with me when my contract did not even state what she was saying!

Having been a long standing customer of Parkville storage, on EFT pay, I was surprised that my first contact with iStorage was a past due email. I went to the site a little miffed and confused but a very nice lady named Connie explained the situation to me and help me get back on EFT and I now feel confident that we will continue a nice working relationship.

I have had a unit here for a while and love the staff. They treat me like family and I know my things are secure...😊. The facility is clean and I LOVE the cats😽😽 Just an FYI. NEW operators. Not the same staff that these reviews rave about.

Very helpful, friendly, and clean ran operation. I needed another space and found them to accommodate my needs immediately. I would use them again and I recommend them.

We needed temporary storage while doing some work to our house and the pricing & location was a great fit for our needs. The customer service from start to finish was great! We also received emails during the winter months concerning weather and usage of our unit. Great communication! Would recommend to anyone needing extra storage space.

Si piensas guardar tus cosas en un lugar seguro es el lugar ideal, muy recomendable; ademas el personal muy amable y servicial. Nuestro auto que llevaba dias parado ahí se le murió la batería así que pedimos ayuda en la oficina y el señor de mantenimiento muy amablemente nos pasó carga pero no funcionó así que nos llevo en su camioneta a comprar la batería incluso nos presto algunas herramientas. MUY COMPLACIDOS CON SU SERVICIO!!!! Gracias Parkville Self-Storage👍👍👍

Used this facility to store my boat recently, very nice, clean, and well kept. Management were fantastic, friendly and easy to deal with.

I've been with Parkville Self Storage since 2004. They are great people and always helpful. The security is the best I've seen in other similar storage facilities. Always clean and we'll maintained.

Stored my new truck and new camper at this facility. The staff did a great job for me. They held a spot suitable for me and when a storm blew off a truck cover they kindly reattached it for me. This is a locally owned and operated with long term staff. Highly recommend this facility.

Safe, secure and clean. I would recommend this business. It was a hot day when we moved in and they brought us water and gave us a ride to the restrooms on a golf cart.
