Gabriela, the manager is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She helps you all the way. The vicinity is well kept and well lit at night. I feel secure using this storage even if i access my storage at night.

Excellent staff working at the office. I found the size of the unit was very spacious and a good value. However I found the distance from my house being prohibited so I had to leave the unit to go to a closer self storage center.

Though I only rented at iStorage in Bridgewater for a short while, Gabriella was very helpful and set me up with a workable space that fit the budget. I would definitely rent here again when necessary.

Gabrielle was so helpful. She worked with us twice showing us different units, going over the price points and all important information we need in order to start storing our belongings. Every time we came to istorage before deciding to create a contract, she was always smiling, willing to help, customer focused and extremely friendly. Also, istorage has the most reasonable rates out of all the storage units in the area.

Staff was very friendly and rental process was very fast.. Only two complaints.. Its like 200 degrees inside and youll have heat stroke if you spend too much time up there.. And use of cargo lift is only during the hours i work.. Stairs are no fun.. But overall not bad.. Clean and off the beaten path

Used to be Somerset Storage in 2017 and was bought out by iStorage. Major changes A. No gate entrance anymore, just left open for whomever to get in. B. No raise in rates YET....wondering when that was coming but I left anyways C. Most important to me is that the lifts are no longer available after bank hours. So if you work during the day and you have a unit on second floor, you are using the stairs, no matter how large or heavy your item is. Somerset Storage used to leave a key for the lift upon request, however that is no longer an option. Need to figure out a solution for the lift, or they will be the only storage facility I have had that doesn't allow for after hours lift or elevator access. Place is still clean though and the people there seem nice enough, thats why the 3. Oh, could use some lights in the units upstairs, but that was always a problem.

The best and cleanest facility. It was far from my home but they were so much better than many others that I visited. I only used them for 3 months and Gabriela and Lydia made me feel like family. Thank you very much and I will recommend this place always.

First off i want to thank everyone works in Somerset self storage , the place has accessible units, great hours, Facility is clean, well lit and seems very secure. Price was reasonable. Staff is always helpful especially the site manager Gabriela such a great person, the best storage I've used to date and strongly recommend for you self storage.

I have been a tenant at Somerset Self Storage for over 5 years and what a great experience it has been. Before Somerset I had tried another non climate controlled space that was more expensive but had a move in special for the first month and in that time all my belongings were starting to get damp and dusty. In a panic I stumbled into the office of somerset self storage and felt immediately this was the right place. If the staff doesn't steal your heart with a smile you must be dead. I consider myself lucky to have found a facility so well run and maintained for such a fair price...Their facility offer secure 24/7 access which the previous place did not. The 2nd floor climate controlled storage has kept my guitar, art,clothes, documents, tools and furniture collections in pristine shape. A few years after moving in I went on to start a business.Somerset helped by providing Garage bay storage as well as open air space for oversized vehicles and boats. If you are a business looking to store utility trucks for storm season I would not hesitate to stage here ;)

I have been using Somerset Self Storage for many years now. I have a unit for personal items and a parking spot as well. I have never had a problem getting in our out, with the 24/7 access. I find that the customer service is very helpful. When ever I stop there, they are always friendly and willing to answer any questions that I might have. There a great company to store with and they have better prices then most storage company's I've gone to in the past.
