So far so good!
"Loaded up my climate controlled storage unit. Everything went smoothly. There’s a decent sized freight elevator and hand truck to use. Checking was easy and staff was pleasant."
"I met Gabrielle in the office when I signed my lease and she was wonderful. She provided great customer service and showed us around the facility and explained everything in detail. I like the security of the facility as well as the friendliness of the staff. Gabrielle provided excellent customer service, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a self story facility!"

Evil how they burn you
"Please do not rent any bottom units. Istorage won't tell you how its a guarantee that your stuff will either get wet or mildewed because water comes into the ground units. But trust me they know. They make sure its in their contract that they are not responsible for mold or mildew or water damage. The insurance you will pay for is also not covering for those problems. Why wouldn't they just say up front, our units flood, maybe you shouldn't put stuff in there that will be ruined by such a situation. It took 1 month for all my stuff, leather furniture, wood, king and queen beds to be destroyed. I paid $300 just to have allll my belongings trashed. I knew it would be hot. I purchased on a very hot day. The unit kept its cool. That's not the problem. It was the flooding of water in my unit that could not easily evaporate that damaged all my stuff. Again they know this. They are cruel heartless people who must be in need of money or extremely greedy to not disclose this information when people are choosing to rent from them."
