Great size space. A bit lost at first because I couldn't locate my unit after hours but all is well. I'm a little leary of the unit as I didn't see it before choosing it. It says inside which it is but there a w Holes front outside in which critters can enter. I will be finding away to block as I had a incident not with istorage another competitor in which rodents invaded my property.

The check-in was easy, pleasant and the representative knew what she was doing. She was able to handle three customers during my check-in with professionalism.

The Property Manager (Rashidat) was highly professional, courteous, detailed, and showed high quality customer service, even as she showed us around and clearly explained the different available options. Went to storage self storage on sunset road in Burlington nj to take a friend, i noticed that the storage room was very clean inside temperature was just right for storing your household items, clothes, etcetera prices you can afford, go check it out, you will be glad you did.

The ladies in the office are the absolute best! They’re one of the reasons I am still at this location for over 4 years. I never had an issue with my bill and my hallway is always clean. When I moved in the manager even got my unit close to the door so I did not have to walk far. My only disappointment is rate increases do happen however they’re minimal and still lower than other places.

The ladies that work here are excellent. I came in and was greeted instantly. The process didn’t take long and I’m happy with the price!

The property manager Rashidah was very helpful even though she was the only person there and it just so happened to be a particularly busy day. I have no complaints about the facility or the service, only that she was the only person available and it just doesn’t seem safe or productive. Luckily, there was only one person who gave her a hard time everyone else seemed to know her and understood the delay.
