In all honesty I wouldn’t have given iStorage Mullica Hill 5 stars a year ago. Although I wasn’t a renter then, but my wife was and I had plenty of interaction with the front office on my wife’s behalf. When I needed space myself my wife mentioned there was a new manager. I spoke with Molly, the new manager and I was impressed. She does a fantastic job and goes out of her way to provide outstanding customer service. I originally was looking to rent a small space. However, because of Molly I am now renting a large storage space and two large spots for trailers. Great facility, great service, and it’s well kept.

I couldn’t be more happier with my storage space. 24 hour surveillance and a gated property to help me sleep better. I also took advantage of the commercial storage option. Never a issue with retrieving my vehicles. And the staff are very helpful and very friendly.

sign up was easy over the phone with customer service. I was renting in a location removed from my current residence, so the entire transaction was processed through email and docu-sign. I was contacted by the manager of the actual rental location to finalize the details. The move-in process was quick and efficient. The rates are competitive for the area, and the facility is well managed.

Nancy was super helpful and amazing! She did so much to make sure I needed exactly what I needed and was super nice. I will most likely suggest this location to anyone I know

The Mullica hill I storage unit has been a real convenience for me. The location is great. Near Everything. It’s always clean and very nicely kept up with. The people who work there are very kind. I needed a storage unit for some home renovations and Dawn was very helpful in helping me find a unit that fit my needs. The facilities look clean and I would recommend this location for anyone needing storage.

The employees are really good, giving clear instructions, polite, patient. My only issue is that we though we were getting a 15x18 parking spot, and it's more like 18 x 10, which makes a big difference when trying to park a camper.

The employee Helen that set everything up for me was so kind and pleasant to speak with. I will definitely be recommending this location to anyone looking for storage!

They keep the the grounds and outside areas here very clean and neat. My storage unit is an inside unit and it's well lit and also clean. The keypads to access the storage area could be better lit. At night I have to use my smartphone to see the numbers. But other than that I'm very satisfied with the staff, the price and the way they take care of the place.

I had a very good experience with Zion on Aug 27th. We originally thought we would need a 3 storage unit since we were moving and our movers told us to prepare for plan B which meant we would possibly need a 3 storage unit. The movers thought it would be best to have a 3 unit on hand so I purchased a 3rd unit and was told by the movers a few minutes later that the 3rd unit wasn't needed. So I went back to the office and dealt with Zion who could not have been more accommodating to me. It was a long emotional day of moving and I really appreciated Zion's humor and professionalism. Thanks again Zion!

Easy access and clean!

Reserving a unit online was really easy, and this Mullica Hill location was more affordable than other storage unit businesses I looked at. The office manager called me the next day, gave me all the information I needed and took me to the unit to see it before I made my decision. She was very kind and helpful. My unit was clean and is easy to access!

Wonderful and quick service. My husband and I decided we needed storage. Online pricing was great so we sent in a reservation. We were immediately contacted and were able to get in the next day to our storage unit. Manager Steve was extremely helpful and quick with signing our lease. Everything went smoothly. Our unit is extremely clean and sturdy.

I have been using I storage for a little over two years now. Today was my last day and I got to admit I am sad to go! That's crazy sounding right I know. However this storage facility is unlike any I've ever used before. The staff working at the front counter and throughout the car doors that I meet could not be any more courteous and friendly. Once I arrived to the office to finalize my unit I was greeted by an extremely helpful and friendly employee. Great customer service quick and simple

I just moved all my stuff in to my storage here. I made the reservation online I got a great rate I came in to sign the paper work, Matt was very helpful explained everything to me I was in-and-out. the prices are good, I had a 5×5 at public storage that i was paying 86 dollars a month for. Now i have a 10×10 for just s little more. it's open way later than most storage units. Very convenient and well kept. I'm very happy

I also get packages delivered to their office regularly, and they always shoot me a phone call and make sure everything is taken care of. Highly recommended!

We had a very pleasant experience at Mullica Hill I storage. I came there with my 83 year old mom and with no knowledge of how it all worked. We were greeted by Darlene and a big smile. She immediately grabbed a chair and offered mom a place to sit while she took us through how it all works. Afterwords, she took the time to take me out to the different units so I could get a feel for what I had and the space I needed. There was no rush and no pressure. She explained all the different options and special deals they had to offer. We were moving on the fly and somewhat flustered but Darlene's friendliness and light hearted attitude made at least one part of the process seem more bearable. Based on my experience, I would have NO problem recommending this facility to anyone!

I needed a place to park my boat by the end of the week. There wasn't any available for the size of my boat. Marie said give me a couple of days to work some magic. . She did . Pleasant and professional experience.

I never dreamed I'd need a storage unit? Yesterday, that happened! When you want to do work in your home where do you put the furniture? A storage unit. Diane was most helpful! She explained options, coverage, use, rules, etc. She showed me the unit I could have after seeing a list of what I needed to put in it. It is very clean and convenient. The staff were most helpful and caring.

Seamless process. Very easy to understand customer service over the phone, and hands-on explanation on how everything works on site. Managed to book everything, receive my passcode and be in and out of the office in less than 20 minutes. Unit is super clean, campus is safe and well lit. The only negative is that it's not 24-hour, but 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. is plenty of access time.
