If you need storage use this one not all locations have 24 hour service. Although advertised . And this location isn’t an old say public storage with new signs it’s new and clean and management helpful knowledgeable and professional

I was a little disappointed that I reserved a "parking bin", but couldn't use it to store household items. When I called, I asked id I could store other items in the "parking bin" and was told that I could. I ended up paying twice what I expected. The staff was very helpful and informative when we were there. Overall, not a bad experience.

Diane & Rob are legit. These guys helped me cancel my truck rental at the literal last second. If they hadn’t, then I would’ve either ended up with a rental that I didn’t need or been forced to drive into Hurricane Dorian to get my money’s worth. Good folks all around. Philly, cross the river and give these people some business.

I had a storage bin at this location for a few years and checked out yesterday. This place runs like a "well-oiled machine." It's spotless, and they call you if your payment is running late BEFORE you get a late fee and they are very nice! I highly recommend this place if you need to store stuff!

Most of the paperwork was done over the phone. When we picked up the truck it was quick to complete the contracts. Maria was terrific. The truck was clean and in great shape. Returning it was just as easy. There were some billing issues but the staff at istorage in West Deptford took care if it for me. We will need to rent this truck again. And it will be through istorage and Penske.

We have rented several units at Extra Space during our transition between houses. The moving process has taken us a little longer than anticipated .My wife & I can't say enough good things about this facility. I was recently at the IStorage facility in West Deptford to get information about storing some furniture and to see a couple different size storage units. I found Debbie and Maria to be friendly yet professional. Both were very helpful.

When we arrived at iStorage in Thorofare with a large Penske truck full of personal belongings from Arizona, we had no idea what size storage area we needed. Maria and Diane were extremely courteous and considerate and were wonderful help advising us how to work through this transition. They were also helpful with the return of the rented truck. BTW, we would definitely rent Penkse again. Clean, large truck at very reasonable rates! We discussed available sizes/advantages of storage units and ease of access from either outside or inside areas. We decided on one size unit, began to unload, then changed our minds and got a smaller unit as we brought some boxes home of items that needed to be reorganized for Good Will and clothes to be used now. No problem for Maria and Diane they were very understanding. Storage unit monthly rate was also very reasonable esp for a couple of kids storing their worldly possessions while looking for a permanent home. Our end of trip was a very good experience thanks to Maria, Diane and iStorage! Dave Macken

These women worked with me every step of the way. They were patient and professional and met all of my storage needs. Typical public storage like facility

I am pretty persnickety about where I choose to keep my stuff. My fiance and I had an apartment fire and we have been looking for an apartment since, yet in the interim, we needed to store our items somewhere. Right now, I'm staying in Mickleton and could have easily found a unit probably within walking distance to my location, but I passed them up either because the neighborhood looked rough, the prices were too high, or the reviews were lacking. I chose iStorage because it's Google reviews were good, the pricing was low-mid range (and anyone who knows pricing knows you don't want the cheapest cuz you get what you pay for, but you DO want competitive pricing, which this facility provides,) and the staff seemed very friendly. I seriously spent about 2 weeks finding the right place. The gentlemen who helped me sign my lease was VERY courteous, personable, professional, and helpful. I am very happy with my experience here thus far and 10/10 would recommend to anyone else.
