Great prices and I love the convenience of being able to rent a unit online, especially outside of normal business hours.

Very easy to follow steps

The process was easy, but your company needs to put wet dry in the storage areas to keep the dampness/wetness out of the halls as well as the units. "This will help protect persons personal property in each unit". Thank You in advance

Placed a reservation on a space on line. When I got there I found out it was inside entrance. I need exterior entry. Neptina was able to set me up with a 10x20 and everything was fine.

Went looking for a climate control unit but this location does not have any. Lady in the office was kind enough to let me know a different location that does have climate controlled units. She showed me the different sizes so I can know what size I needed before going. Thank you for the great service.

office staff has been most knowledgeable and helpful in my rental needs, Julie always has a welcoming smile and is willing to go the extra mile to see that if I need moving boxes , tape , or any other needs . Julie was such a pleasure to work with! She gave me a complete tour to look at multiple sizes to find a unit that best worked for me. After I decided on a unit, she was so informative with the current specials they had running and walked me through every piece of paperwork I had to sign. No stone was left unturned and I left feeling like I had gotten a good deal and there were no hidden fees/loopholes. Now everytime I drive to my unit they always wave to me and ask how I am. Thank you for making me feel so welcome!

Admittedly, storage facilities are quite similar in the amenities and size of storage units offered. However, what separates these businesses is customer service. The rental experience at Simply Storage in Williamstown was tremendous. The property Manager, Julie Simpson was friendly, professional, and accommodating. She placed me in a unit that was tailored to my exact needs and displayed a true interest in fulfilling my requests. The rates are highly competitive, units well maintained and clean, and accessibility convenient.

Having rented many units since 1998, I have never had the pleasure of such great customer service as I have had with Julie, the store manager. Very caring, polite, and personable she was always a delight to see and always went above an beyond the call of duty to get things done. The rates here were so reasonable I left their major competitors storage facility to come here and I saved over 125.00 a month!! I highly recommend checking them out if you need to get a quote. Remember to ask for Julie!

I love the customer service and the size of storage unit. I've had to increase the size three times in the last three years, but Julie (on-site manager) has always been helpful in every way. She even calls customers to remind them of their payments. And, the store is always clean and well stocked with locks, boxes and tape and whatever you could possibly need to make moving in or out easier. Thank Julie!
