I spoke with Paul, the manager, on the phone, she was extremely helpful & knowledgeable when I needed to move some things into storage She suggested multiple open units with the price differences so I was able to decide which would be the best fit. Upon my arrival, she was able to give me a tour of the unit as well. Paula was very welcoming, you can tell she cares about the renters, as well as ensuring your things are safe & secure. The unit I choose was on the 1st floor & was clean. I feel confident continuing to store my belongings here until it's time to get rid of them.

Easy to access and cheap for the size units. However, a bit dirty and hot. There were fleas biting at my ankles upstairs. Definitely going to spray down any of my stuff in there before bringing it back home, and would recommend anyone else who stores there to do so too.

Rented a second unit today from the manager Dave. He took the time to show unit. He suggested best unit for best price. Done in less then 20 minute, no wasted time, no drama. I walked in to close my account and & ended up renting an additional unit at a great price.Dave noticed my difficulty walking and made the effort to locate a ground floor unit and beat his competitors price. Dave proved things go better when you buy from someone who knows his product as opposed to a clerk.

It is great to have a contactless way to get a storage unit especially when no employees are available. The downside is signing the contract. It took 15+ minutes to find all the places to sign and initial. Highlight the places that signatures or initials are required so they are easier to find. I did the reservation on my phone and the print is extremely small and difficult to find.

Both Rich and other gentleman were friendly and accommodating to me .

Great place great storage freight elevators don’t work when you want them to work I don’t understand why the place is open until five and I was there at one and I tried to use a free day already after using the first time and it was it wasn’t working.

What I really liked about cube smart is that its very clean, and the unit was well lid. The unit I had was the perfect size. Also its was in A convenient area, close to my home.

I was at the facility a little less than a week ago to lease a 5x5 room based on furniture measurements I was given. When the furniture was being delivered to Cubesmart location, we quickly discovered that the furniture was larger than the measurements given...by a few inches. But those few inches meant we couldn't shut the door to the room. Dan helped me book the next size up while Glen lead the movers to the larger room. Team work makes the dream work folks! Dan and Glen were great. Dan was super patient with me because initially I was unsure which room to book, then I booked and it had to be changed anyway. The customer service at this location is outstanding. I'm a happy customer.

There are so many different sizes is what makes this place one of the better ones for storage. Clean and easily accessible. Prices are fair too.

Very easily accessible with elevator and plenty of moving carts and the place was spotless. Veteran friendly also.

My experience was very good! I was greeted by Glen. He explained everything about what was available and the details of the lease were allall explai to me. We we're taken to our space and he explained which doors would be best for me to use and he also gave me and my dad a bottle of water because it was so hot outside. I strongly recommend this location.

What a great experience in dealing with both Glenn & Dan! Reserved my unit online and the following morning got a call from the location. My family went down and Dan was glad to show us the unit and went over the details of the facility, security, etc. As he was walking us through he was picking up dust in the facility (who does that….they do!). When we got back to the office Glenn assisted in going over all the details of the rental (locks, insurance, monthly fee) and there was no sense of surprise….you paid exactly what was discussed. Glenn was even kind enough to help entertain my 3yo and engage in a game of peek-a-boo and gave her a coloring book (she was over the moon)! Another side note….the bathroom is CLEAN! I cringed a little when my 3yo announced she had to use the bathroom while we were unloading items into our unit so I took her down to assess if this was possible. I was amazed at how clean the bathroom was! A storage place that always has carts, picks up dust, cleans bathrooms....not much more I could ask for.

The rental sign up was easy and fast (no nonsense), and all information well explained. Great walk through. Staff members were very professional and we were given such great attention to our needs.

Helpful caring people. Sounds strange to say that about storage unit business...but it's totally true...husband passed suddenly in the middle of our move to the area...they were there to help with a place to put my "stuff" until I was emotionally ready to deal with it. They worked their magic to get me the lowest rate for the largest unit they had available. They are the best in the area.

I was very pleased with Cube Smart Storage. The units (on the first floor, didn't go upstairs) were pretty cool even on the 80+ weather days. I think they said they had dehumidifiers and all of the entrances have seals to keep the heat out. Prices were similar to other places, but were cheaper than those that said they were on air conditioning. Service was excellent, the two women who were there were very nice and informative, and provided bottled water both on the booking day and the move in day. Would recommend it and use it again.
