Great service. Unit was exactly what I needed.

Super friendly and helpful - Quint answered all my questions and even let me test the gate before leaving to ensure I was set up. Also great location being close to 71.

The facility itself is 3 stars, average. No temperature control inside which makes the inner halls really incredibly hot on sunny/warm days. The parking lot/streets within the gates are super torn up and there’s some crazy potholes. No dolly/cart to use at the facility which is odd. The other 5 storage places I’ve used have had them. Quinn works at the office and he is a 5 star employee which is why I upped my review to 4 stars. He’s incredibly helpful, polite, kind, and thoughtful. Quinn is an awesome guy and I’d be a lot less impressed with this facility if he didn’t work here. Super quality customer service. 6 out of 5 stars.

I don't remember the gentleman in the front office of I storage , my experience was Flawless with no issues although I only needed it for 3 weeks but the time that I was there in the storage it was very comfortable

While moving from Cincinnati, I had several processes "fall through" such as having to fire my movers the day before the move (but that's a different review). I had to locate a storage facility in less than 24 hours as my buyers wanted to move up closing; Brenda McFadden saved the day. The staff at istorage was pleasant, professional, and accommodating. The storage facility itself was easy to access, clean, climate controlled, and was able to meet my needs for storage of an entire house. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brenda and her team to anyone needing storage in the Greater Cincinnati area!

Always an available unit when we need one. Price is good. Service is excellent. Good location. The gentleman in the office is so nice

Good price for a decent storage unit. Driveway entrance and exit could use some work. The pavement is majorly broken up going down the hill upon entry, and right in front of the gate upon exit. Could see this majorly jostling your stuff around in a U-haul if you weren’t paying close attention.

So far so good place was roomy and clean. Manager was very helpful. It was exactly what we wanted to store belongings before moving.

Great service. The guy is always helpful and pleasant. That definitely helps. The units themselves are in good shape and condition. Never had a major problem. They just need to fix the pavement to make it more drivable as well as safe in icy situations. Overall, happy with it!

It was an easy sign up and nice unit. There are some major potholes in drive that are in need of repair.

I was extremely impressed with the service. I was running late on a weekday and barely got to their office before closing time. I felt bad about it but I really needed to get a storage unit reserved. The representative took all the time she needed to make sure I saw the storage unit and understood everything I needed to know. That is GREAT Customer Service.

This is a clean facility that is conveniently located to I-71. The manager Quint is friendly, helpful and accommodating. It’s my go to place for storage in the Deerfield Township/Mason area.

Some false advertising, but easy to get to units, and great 24 hour access. Read fine print before signing up. The first month is not 1cent.....we should have known! To good to be true. They say the rent is 1cent and the service charge is $30.00:) sneaky

Excellent facility and very clean. Had a unit for 1.5 years and never any issues. Everyone on site was always nice and super helpful when moving in and moving out and always answered any questions I had. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an easy place to store some things.

In this Covid timeframe, we needed a storage facility that was clean and quickly available. Quint responded to us immediately, was helpful,, knowledgeable and able to accommodate us to make our “no contact” move-in easy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this facility and especially appreciated Quint’s attention to our needs.

Super easy to rent, and easy to get in and out. Units are nicely kept....haven’t had an issue so far. Only complaint (keeping from a 5) is that I found some nails where you drive which is a bit concerning.

Kevin was very helpful. He explained everything to me about the unit, showed me the unit, and assisted me in setting up my rental. I was worried my couch may not fit, but he assured me he had seen other people use the smaller units for couches. I feel comfortable with having a storage unit in this facility. It seems safe, secure, and well lit.

Moving is never easy and I get anxiety just thinking about having to do it. The Property Manager (Kevin) put my mind at ease and all of my worries drifted away. He was accommodating from start to finish and made the process so much easier on us. He knew exactly what size that we needed and made sure that it was perfect. Kevin was wonderful helping us set up a climate unit and a very large regular unit. Our house sold so quickly, we were panicking and Kevin eased our anxiety, helped us choose a few essential packing supplies and we left so relieved that we had a plan! Wonderful service!

Very professional staff and reasonably well maintained facility. The only thing keeping me from a 5 star rating is that the online reservation system is not clear on whether your are getting and interior or exterior unit. I got an interior one and on arrival to finish the paperwork and fill the unit, found out the hard way. Other than that, it suits my needs which are short term (<2 months).

I rented a personal storage unit here for 4 years and have no complaints about the service. The cost was reasonable, I never had an access problem, and the staff was friendly and helpful at every interaction. I would return for future storage needs.

I stored my vintage sports car and some household items at Simply Self Storage and had a very good experience. I really like that there is on-site management available to watch the place to help if and when needed. I never had problems getting access to my unit and the facilities are generally in good conditions although the pavement will need some attention soon. Thanks Allison!
