My experience with iStorage in Spring Hill was great. Bradley allowed me to stop by and see the spots available where I could park my RV. I chose a spot that was best for me and the process was easy online to complete the application for lease. Bradley's a good guy but the corporate office hook's you in with good deals to start and then raises their rental prices every 6 months. I have experience with them as I've been there over 3 years and rents 4 spaces total now. With all the bad economical things that have happened to so many people through the last almost 2 years of the new flu you'd think they would lower prices or at least stay the same. Also, I'd like to see them get serious about resolving their account/payments website issues faster! It is a good place over-all to rent space and parking but those issues above need improving.

However, the pricing on the units continue to rise - which is expected with population growth - but at some point there needs to be a ceiling, especially for long term clients. I did the reservation online, a manager call me like in 5 mins to confirm everything, they give you the first month free, when I arrived everything was ready for me, you have to buy a new lock, I did an upgrade of the storage side with no problem, the place is clean and looks very secure, and the person doing the paperwork was very friendly and helpful. Like in other similar places they have a store where you can buy all kinds og moving items. One thing that it will be nice for them to have is a vending machine, I store my things in the middle of the summer and we were very thirsty and we had to go out to a gas station nearby to buy some drinks.

We have two climate controlled units at this location for our office and everything here is top notch. The staff is amazing and goes above and beyond for your needs. Whether it’s accepting your packages (we get a few...haha) or letting us stage for an event. The climate controlled area has GREAT AC and very low humidity which we need to have for our gear. I’ve used several storage locations across the southeast and this one - by far - takes the cake. Thank you SSS of Spring Hill for everything!
