I have been a tenant at this facility for awhile now, it has been a secure place to keep my belongings and Kanika is so helpful every time I call or visit the office.

Property Manager is knowledgeable and very understanding to situations at hand. Easy to work with and very hospitalble.

The process was simple and employee was very helpful with my first time storage unit.

Prices have fluctuated too many times to count but the manager has done a good job trying to explain company policies. I still do not agree with them.

I have been to the other iStorage in White House, and felt like I was a bother to the clerk. But Leanne was a joy to work with. She was very helpful and detailed, and we did not feel rushed at all. We left, feeling happy and secure in our decision to give our business to that facility on Union Rd.

Heather is a truly a blessing! She is very professional and the site is very clean! The only complaint I have here is the ever increasing rate amount any online customer service/assistance.

The staff here is always super friendly, and they keep the facility pretty clean.

I'm happy with the storage unit but my code doesn't work & someone was supposed to take care of that & get back to me. That was Monday & I still haven't been contacted. Its now almost Friday. HELP!

I highly recommend this storage facility. The owners are sweet. I bought a unit at auction and they have been the easiest to work with so far. They have been great. The facility is very clean and protected. There is lots of room to Maneuver. I got the biggest penski moving truck in and out without any issues. Units are very clean and there was no water in them. I would definitely bid again on their units.

I needed a storage unit ASAP and when I contacted Union Road Self Storage, the owner, Pat Marlin, was super nice and very accommodating. She met me on a Sunday afternoon and by that evening I was moving my things into my climate controlled unit. This facility is secure, extremely clean and in a great location with easy access. When it comes to Customer Service, Pat is the best. She goes above and beyond to make sure all of my needs are met. Union Road Self Storage is the ONLY facility I recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit in the White House area. Before you go to any other facility, give Pat at Union Road Self Storage a call, you will be glad you did.

I couldn't possibly say enough good things about this storage facility. I have, over the years, rented storage units at a number of different places. None of them even compare to Union Road Storage. There literally is nothing negative about the place. The owners are great--on-site and very responsive and helpful. The units are AWESOME and most of them are brand new! And their pricing is extremely competitive. In fact, I just rented a second unit from them and moved stuff I had stored at a facility in Nashville for seven years!

I have used many storage facilities in my lifetime. This is by far my best experience. Affordable, accommodating to my personal needs and the nicest people you will ever meet. Couldn't be happier about this place.
