Recommend this storage facility, very nice and helpful lady that works there !

Staff was helpful and kind needed to rent a couple of spaces because we were moving and helped me get my account setup with auto pay. If I need another space I will be back.

We were on a super quick search for climate controlled storage units and found iStorage nearby. We saw that you could possibly set everything up online, so being in a hurry, we did just that. Upon our arrival at the facility only 10 minutes after we completed the online onboarding (super easy), we had an access code generated for us and accessibility into the gate. The unit was already clean upon our arrival, so we bought a lock at the front desk and stored a few items we had on hand. Overall, this was the best experience we’ve ever had with storage facilities.

I make any arrangements online but the place is very nice and clean, the access door is accessible and convenient for any vehicle. Security cameras all over the place and the online service is good!

Gated storage units. Very nice.

Very professional. Outstanding customer service. Clean! Great communication! The only thing even close to negative I would utter would be that when I rented it was a little Mom & Pop local operation, which I enjoyed! It was purchased by a corporate conglomerate and in my opinion it has lost its curb appeal.

I always feel super safe at this location and they have a great staff!

My son recently cleared out my storage unit and left several things in it. I did not realize he did this. I have been sick since March with COVID and pneumonia, not able to drive or clean out a unit. Beth from Storage Plus called me to tell me that it needed to be cleaned out. I told her of my illness and she called me back and said she would clean it with no charge. Thank you Beth for your kindness. Excellent facility.

We’ve had a couple of different units at for the last several years, starting in a large, moving down in size and then back up. Storage Plus has been very accommodating and pleasant and professional to work with. Never have had any issues.

Reasonable prices, very clean property & friendly staff.

I’ve been renting an unit since 2014, first an AC indoor unit and for the last 2 1/2 years outside unit. I have never had a problem and the new owner is very easy to work with and helpful. The place looks really nice with the new paint and the area is always clean. Feel safe even after dark when I’m alone. Thanks Trisha for the great storage in Bellville.

Amazing staff...the new remodel looks great! Love all the changes....they will help you decide in size and rather u need climate control or non climate based on what your storing...I would recommend you stop in and let them guide you with your moving process!
