This place is a class act! Clean, comfortable, and the best prices in town. The on site manager Brian, is the best and always willing to help you any way he can. You won't find a better value anywhere else in Conroe.

We heard that this location has been closed for a couple of weeks because of short staff, but we really needed a storage. We rented online and when we came to the location we realized that we needed a special kind of lock. We called the location on the door, which was the 4300 W Davis St location, and the manager picked up the phone pretty quickly. When we told her that we needed a lock, she quickly jumped to the rescue! She told us that she just needed to close her store and she would be there to help us in less than 10 minutes. The manager, which we found out her name is Myah, was extremely helpful and even went as far as to show us where our unit was located and the best entrance to take for the most efficient move. She explained that they are short staffed right now, but they are working hard on getting new managers for the locations. Myah made sure that we had her store numbers and that if we ever had an issue, that we could call her and she would be happy to help. We could tell that she had been running around between the stores, but she still had a smile on her face and answered all of our questions. We will definitely recommend!! Myah is an amazing property manager. Especially for how young she is!!

This place is awesome! Kris the manager is simply awesome. She helps out everyone she can within her power. Kris is always smiling and gave me a grand tour when I 1st joined. I recently ended one lease cause I moved to San Antonio, and I under estimated how much stuff I actually had. She acted fast and got me a new unit for the stuff that I had to leave behind for a exile. Kris if you see this I hope you know how much I appreciate all the hard work I can tell you put into this building. Plus I hope the owner knows how much of an asset to the company.

Karen at iStorage in Conroe has excellent customer service skills. The facilities are clean and even though there was a hiccup with the system, they were able to provide a temporary code in order to get into the building until they corrected the hiccup, which didn’t take but about two hours. I received a call from Karen letting me know that the code assigned to my unit was up and running and that I could use it when I returned to the facility. I love that they have everything you need there. Great storage!

Kris and Staff Are Great To Work With. I went over several times to look at Units unsure of what I needed, and It wasn’t any problem to see. The staff was more than helpful to my needs I was given help filling out the application and information I needed to rent that day I was also shown the sizes to make sure I was not getting a size bigger than I needed. Took less than 30 minutes.

I just got my first storage unit I've ever had. Kris has been so amazing and helpful with answering any questions and getting things set up. The security of everything makes me feel like all of my stuff is safe and secure! Everything about Blue Sky has been welcoming and helpful! Especially for someone like me who is new to renting a unit and can't afford some of the prices other places in the area charge.

Decent prices, decent location, very helpful personnel. Clean, has large flatbed carts to help move from car/truck to storage, climate control works well. If you need storage in Conroe, give them a call.

The 5x10 unit on the 3rd floor was half the price of any other unit in all of Conroe. There are 2 large utility elevators and flat carts to make the trip to the upper floors super easy. Very clean facility with knowledgeable and friendly customer service. I had a unit reserved while being away in a different state and all my 'many' questions were answered over the phone. If you ever need to contact someone from their office, try not to be discouraged when prompted to leave a voice message on their voicemail/answering machine🤔, they definitely call back. + I have noticed accessible units on first floor of building. + Clean restrooms. Always try un/locking their locks bc at times they can be tricky.

The manager Kris has been absolutely wonderful; from the first phone call to get info, to reserving a unit, and then finally getting all checked in and showing me my unit. The facility is immaculately clean every time we’ve gone. The security features are great too, and every person has their own entry code as well. You purchase a lock, from them, and it’s more secure than a simply padlock. Their prices are the best priced for the area as well! I’d recommend them to anyone!

I found this storage place by accident. To my surprise it was very close to my apartment and it was very reasonable. Kris was absolutely amazing and did a great job of explaining how things work.

My son was looking for a storage facility in the area and decided this is where he wanted to be. Easy access in and out, extremely clean and organized. Having worked with the public most of my life, I personally was impressed with Kris' customer service. This gal owns the job and it shows. Originally we rented just a small 5X5 and once our house sold - we moved up to a 10X20........ and then upgraded our 5X5 to a 10X15. Kris has been a delight to work with! She has patiently answered my questions and has worked with my "frantic" emotions (since we sold faster than we thought) with grace and professionalism! She always addresses us by name which to me means she cares about her customers! She made the process so easy for us and I truly appreciate that! Customer service with other places is nil......
