Staff is courteous and helpful. I never had any issues for the 3 years I’ve been a customer. The facility is always clean and it is easily accessible.

The staff at Metro Self Storage were very helpful and responsive locally. I cannot say the same for the home office. They employ an answering service based in India and it was difficult to exchange simple information. As long as you can deal locally with the staff you will have a successful experience; and not so if you require further help.

All I can say is it's a great place for anyone to store their belongings.

The employees are friendly, professional, & always have a smile. They are very knowledgeable & always willing to assist, no matter how many questions I have. The units are made well & I have had my items (furniture included) for a few years, & nothing has molded or deteriorated. I highly recommend this business!

Very reasonable priced. Had to jump through hoops to get a unit. I thought I was adopting a child or something. I was also being very rushed I don’t know. To me when I go into a business I want to feel more important than the clock on the wall. She knew I had to get everything she was asking me for and after the headache and getting it together it was like ok scoot scoot now. I gotta go. Being a store manager for over 13 years the customer service made me cringe. But I can say one good thing about her. She’ll never fail an audit and I’m sure the owner appreciates that.

I haven't really had any issues with my storage unit. I was happy that it didn't flood during Hurricane Harvey. The management is nice. I haven't had any access issues. My only issue is that I've incurred a rate increase 2-3 times since I first rented my unit almost 2 years ago. Other than that the property appears clean and we'll managed. Thanks.

The employees are very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I wouldn't use any other location. They're one of the nicer facilities around which makes up for the slightly higher price. They run a tight ship and keep the place super clean. ;)

Great people work there but the parking lot and some buildings need to be repaired.

I've rented at the La Marque location for over three years. My decision to rent there was based on the recommendations of two close family members. The convenience of 24 hour accessibility and friendly customer service had me sign the contract. The Metro Self Storage team members, Steve and Penny are always courteous and helpful in our interactions.
