I've had the store apace for only about one month, but my initial experience with Dominique, Property Manager, was excellent. Though it was almost closing time, she took the time to explain the storage rates and show me the available units.

Awesome on site manager Dominique. Prideful and thorough with her job. Shes awesome, helpful, and truly looked out for me when she noticed an issue with the lock on my unit. She made sure to install another lock to guarantee my unit stayed secure until i returned. Thank you!

Rented a unit to place all of our belongings in after our house flooded. We were very nervous about everything we owned being stored but we never had any issues and felt that they kept the facility secure and our stuff was safe there. Dominique was always a pleasure to work with and put a smile on my face even when I didn't have the strength to smile most days. Property Manager Domnique is great, I have rented several storage units the past 4 or 5 years and have dealt with many people, to me it is as if they hate their job. Dominique on the other hand was cheerful, bright, helpful and friendly, she seems to love her job and goes that extra mile to satisfy her customers, because of her great attitude I am grateful that I found this location to rent space from.

Sorry..I should have given 5 stars, but I had problems in the past that were never really resolved..I certainly haven't had any issues in the past year or so..so things have definitely gotten better..I'm just going by what was..not that it's the same so..I could honestly give 5 stars now..

I found the iStorage over a year ago when returning a U-Haul from another location. Dominique was so sweet and professional! I initially got one unit but after several months of back and forth and my constant excellent customer service and always a smile on the staff’s faces, I decided to move some additional items and got a second unit. The property is very clean and well maintained. They deserve 5 stars for sure!!!

Kelly is so nice and super helpful! She gave us a tour of the many lockers they have and even took us on their golf cart. They have both outside and inside storage so you can get store your things in AC and not at a bad price, mind you! Will continue to use this storage place for many years to come :)

Came in to rent a 15’ Uhaul Box truck and Dominique was super helpful in fulfilling my reservation and making sure I was good to go for a move that was super unplanned and last minute but she made it possible so that I can get my 15’ right down the street at the bigger location without a problem. They’re are a good storing facility easy to work with. Nonetheless I recommend this location 10/10 for me!

I worked with Kelly. She was professional & personable. The units were clean & reasonable. I only had one issue. The 10 x 30 units, outside, did not have any light fixtures. This is going to create a challenge after dark.

My experience here has been wonderful. Dominique has been a pleasure to work with, from my first visit and every time since. When I come in to pay my monthly rent on our unit she always greets me by name and is very freindly and professional. She is very knowledgable of the services and products available. We sold our home recently and I needed a storage unit for some time. I came in today for some supplies and to rent a U-Haul truck for the long distance move. Although moving can be a very stressful time, I'm very grateful for this company and their awesome employee Domineque as she helped make this part of the move a very smooth process. The staff here are super friendly, helpful and accommodating. I rented a unit here and a couple weeks later needed more space. I went into the office and within 5 minutes they had me set up with a bigger unit. Secure, clean units and office.
