The whole process was so quick and easy. I didn’t pay attention the the note in the email to make sure I had the right lock, so I made that complicated for myself. Make sure you get the lock from their office before they close!!

I had an amazing experience. It was my first move ever, and I was struggling to lift a couch into my truck. The manager passed by and went out of her way to help me move the couch. Furthermore, she offered packing tips to maximize the space in my truck. Without her help, I would not have been able to complete the move. Highly recommend
