The space i recieved was great and not a bad price

I used iStorage last year to store my motorcycle. They were very helpful with setting up my contract and making everything easy for me. I decided to use iStorage again this year to store my motorcycle. Once again, Debbie was very helpful and knowledgeable about setting up my contract and explaining things in detail. Two years in a row it has been a pleasure to work with Debbie and iStorage to fulfill my storage needs. I would highly recommend iStorage to anyone who has a storage need!

A 2020 update: Still highly recommend Madison Heights iStorage! A good friend of ours strongly recommended Simply Self Storage in Madison Heights, so headed in to check it out. We were welcomed by Cordell who showed us the grounds and some units We wanted to rent here and were lucky as they had but one unit left of the size we required- storing much of what was in an apartment. Cordell walked us through the paperwork process, explained our options - unit lock, insurance options, etc., showed us entrance codes, and we headed back to the unit itself. Such a smooth process! So we are all set for move-in and really appreciated the great service Debbie and Cordell gave us. We highly recommend Simply Self Storage in Madison Heights..

My husband and I went to check out the storage units and Deborah the manager was very sweet the whole time she helped us out. She went with us to go check out one of the storage units to make sure we liked it. She was also very patient with us since we had our 18mo. daughter (who was getting into everything). She went through everything and made the experience easy and great!

We worked with Cordell when we had to quickly find storage after a tornado took our home. He was professional and so helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we had all of the documentation we needed for our insurance. I would highly recommend this business for your storage needs! We had temp controlled storage. Clean! Dry! And prefect temp year around!
