Staff was very nice. Renting a unit was quick and easy just don't forget a lock bc they require it before they close. They had a very large unit that I could not find anywhere else. The only downside is that you can not get in your storage after 10pm.

Kearsten McFern was working when we came to the facility to pick up a storage unit we won at an auction . Our door was stuck on unit due to items falling . She went above and beyond to help us access our unit . She also helped us rent another unit fast and efficiently . The facility is well taken care of and very well kept . Every time I come in to make my mother’s monthly payment the young lady who works there always has a smile on her face, I my self am looking to rent a storage unit and so far Istorage has the cheapest rates I could find. She also took the time out of her day to show me a few units and the different sizes , I love how they have the climate control options! I will definitely be back when it gets closer to time for the holidays because that’s where I keep all my Christmas gifts stored. I definitely recommend coming to Central Parkway location

I reserved a storage unit online which was extremely easy. No problems editing move in date. Great customer service when I went to the office to confirm & pay. The property manager, Caleb, was extremely helpful in helping me determine the size I needed and answering all my questions. I highly recommend iStorage on Central Parkway in Decatur, Al. Update: please fix your online payment system. Has not worked 2 months in a row.

We actually have 2 buildings here. Just move 1 of our buildings from the 14th ave istorage. The buildings are now next door to each other which is so much better for us. The staff at this location is AMAZING. Always offering to help in any way needed. Great rates, clean and secure buildings all enclosed by a locked gate you must have passcode to get in. Great location and centrally located in Decatur. We have been Istorage customers for going on 3 years. I definently recommend central parkway location for your storage needs.

The units are clean as well as the entire facility. Employees are efficient and knowledgeable. I have 2 units and will probably need another one soon. The units are usually full and you need to rent ahead of time or one may not be available. However Decatur Al. has 2 locations within 5 miles of the other which is convenient.
