Renting the storage unit over the phone turned out to be very easy. The application form was a little complicated but probably standard (it's our 1st time renting a unit). The representative was very nice and helpful.

Jessica was nice and helpful. Website - and phone system - were designed by non smart people.

I rented a 5 X 10 unit several days ago. There is an on-site manager who has always been available when I needed help. It is a large site with over 400 units, including some climate controlled units. It is a well maintained site and so far I am very pleased with my unit and the ease of access.

Istorage service is good. Storage units are good size and clean.

I reserved my space online and Will called me in a very timely matter. He was super polite on the phone and in person. Once I got there he showed me the storage room and answered all my questions. Very friendly and helpful.

I first reserved a unit that had a first month free special, but it wasn't large enough. Fortunately the one right next to it was twice as big, and transferring my rental to that was no big deal. Unfortunately it did not have the same special, but oh well. I got there close to closing but Jessica made sure I had what I needed before I left. She also set me up with a U-Haul rental, though through no fault of her own that got messed up entirely. The truck I was too rent apparently had to be put under repair. I ended up needing a hand truck the day of to unload the U-Haul as I had forgotten the one I initially had with me. iStorage waived the cost to rent the hand truck to try and make up for the U-Haul hassle. The climate controlled rooms are great, and there was plenty of room in the halls of the storage building and the doors are plenty wide enough to maneuver around.

We've been here in a few different units since 1999. iStorage has been very helpful each time we added or moved units regarding the set up and move in. I would highly recommend them. Always very clean and helpful!

Good, friendly customer service. It is month to month rental so they can raise the price when ever they want. This is a challenge if you have a large unit that is not easily moved. They also have a strange pricing scheme based on the number of like sized units available. So if you go back later and try to get a second similar unit it may be priced significantly different. They also have an up charge if you want access after 1000pm. The location is clean and well kept.

We rented a unit for a few months while we were moving into a house we were renovating. During that time, we had to move from a smaller unit to a larger one and rent a uhaul multiple times. Everything was seamless during the unit transfer. Michelle made everything so much easier every step of the way. She was so very friendly, and went above and beyond what we expected. Would definitely recommend this place if you have a need for a storage unit.

The staff is very friendly and there are several different convenient payment options to choose from. The rates are reasonable, especially for the safety features includrdThe location is very well-lit and gated. Customers are assigned a unique code to unlock the gate which logs the entrance and exit of all visitors. I have complete confidence in the safety of my stored belongings.

The service at this storage location was amazing. We moved from PA to AL in June with a UHaul truck, car hauler and trailer and the ladies at iStorage made drop off a breeze and helped me get the best storage unit for my stuff. I never write reviews online- but my experience here was so great that I had to take the time to do it.

Been a customer of iStorage for several years through 2 different company names. I have always loved visiting the office. The girls there are always happy and smiling and so easy to talk to. They keep the facility clean and will certainly answer any questions you may have. I always refer iStorage to all my family and friends. This is hands down the best storage facility to use. There are security cameras, a gate system, and even an on site manager for even more security. Keep it up iStorage. With employees like the girls at your Huntsville store, you can't go wrong.

Smooth easy transaction and the staff was great

I have had to use storage units for several years due to my job and this has by far been the best experience I have had. The manager, Wendy, and Michelle are both extremely accommodating and friendly and so easy to work with. The facility is extremely clean and I never have any problems with access or getting in touch with Wendy when I needed anything at all. I would highly recommend this facility.
