So I had an emergency and required a storage unit on a sunday I was able to call and set it up. The call center made a slight mistake with my lease agreement. I went into the office, and Jeremy and Justin both immediately jumped on the opportunity to help me resolve my slight inconvenience. They were both extremely professional and courteous. I was honestly amazed by the speed of the correction, the apologies for the mistake, and the professionalism of the representatives.

This is my 2nd use of iStorage and both times have been simple and quick to reserve online and you save money. Our first iStorage unit was an indoor, climate controlled environment that was super clean and well maintained. The 2nd is an outdoor parking area. Most recently, I had to deal directly with the manager Leslie, and cannot say enough nice things about her and the help she provided. Sara was absolutely 100% helpful. She worked so well with me. I couldn’t leave work until 5pm and she emailed me my application to fill out. So that way I could have everything in line by time I made it at last minute. She even offered to stay a little late to help me. So it was a little strange with the current corporate rules, can't get closer than six feet, having to throw pens and paperwork to and fro but Sarah Coffey did an amazing job. She got me squared away on my storage unit by checking the size I needed, providing pricing as requested and getting the job done quickly and efficiently.

I was in the area and was interested in a unit and went in and spoke with Sarah. She gave us some options and how much we would be paying a month. I told her that I would keep this in mind. I wanted to just let you guys know that she was so professional when talking with her. I didn’t feel like she was trying to be a pushy salesman and I appreciate that. Recently I went to the IStorage Office to see about a storage unit for some furniture. The two ladies in the office Sarah and Sarah were extremely helpful .... showed me the unit ,explained all the paperwork quickly and answered all my questions. The staff there is very helpful!

This place is amazing! The customer service from the Sarah’s was absolutely phenomenal. Although I did not purchase a storage unit, I will highly consider iStorage simply because of the friendliness of the workers.

I needed to rent a Uhaul trailer to do some home improvements and this particular location had the trailer I needed. I scheduled the rental via Uhaul's website the night prior and came in during the next morning to pick up the rental. My first impression of the facility upon driving up was that it looked clean, well organized, and secure. When I walked in, I was surprised how organized and clean the office was, and was also pleased with the view of all of the cameras monitoring the storage units and the facility grounds. As far as the rental went, everything went super smoothly. Sarah was knowledgeable, quick, efficient, and nice! I've rented a few Uhauls in my life being prior military and this was by far the nicest and smoothest rental I've ever done. The facility impressed me enough during my visit that it'll be the first place I pick if I need to store my boat, trailer, or rent a storage unit. Thank you Sarah!

Smooth and convenient.

I used this facility for 13 months and never had a problem with anything. The staff was always kind and courteous and the spaces were clean. I liked the fact that it was climate controlled so that my personal belongings were kept safe. The security was also great. No one could get in without there personal code. The lot was also clean and easy access to each storage space. I would highly recommend them.

We originally had a reservation with the iStorage further up the road in Huntsville but their units have a huge lip and we couldn't get my classic car that is being restored into the unit. We went to the iStorage in Lacey's Spring and they were able to help us out right away AND we could return our car hauler from UHaul to them. Great customer service, would recommend!

We just had a major move with many moving parts. Everything that we had requested - 26' truck, standard dolly, appliance dolly, and several bundles of blankets were delivered as promised. My move also required an additional storage unit provided by iStorage. Lee Ann Williams, the Store Manager was exceptional in handling of all matters with my move. She could not have been any more helpful. It was a pleasure doing business with her!

Overall we had a good experience reserving and moving in. The facility is clean, well lit, and seems safe enough that I wouldn't mind going by myself or in the evenings. The onsite manager was very sweet and helpful. She had our unit open and ready for us to help us find it which was great. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was that I had a few issues with the call-line. They were having computer issues and it took quite a while to reserve the unit. We got disconnected multiple times and had to repeat information over and over because the computer kept shutting down. They were very apologetic and always called back promptly. I'm sure this was an isolated issue and I thought they handled it well considering it was frustrating for them as well. I would definitely recommend them to friends.
