(This used to be a major issue) The front parking looks presentable. Just based on the other reviews it sure does look like this place has turned upside, right?! Shout out to Cassie for the amazing work she puts in with this property. I visited this location with a relative. Although, I didn't rent myself, I do highly recommend this storage facility. Property grounds are clean, Cassie was informative and Friendly to work with. She made everything easy to understand and she went out her way to make sure my elderly relative was well taken care of. This is important for me because the last few storages that I visited, staff didn't show interest in the customer or the facility.

I was only on in to check prices for my mom. The people and this facility made me feel so welcomed and they shared some great info about their property. I could tell they cared immensely about it. It’s so clean and tidy. Thank you for being so knowledgeable about pricing and sizing. It’s something I was concerned about. They helped ease that. Kassie is the one I interacted with and she very polite and real af. She don’t play games about taking care of her property. I’m surely going to tell my mom about this place for sure. I called to inquire about a rental and spoke with Kayla! Her customer service was amazing! Beyond professional and very informative about each question I hassled her with! Very pleasant experience and she was extremely patient with me! Unfortunately there aren’t very many places that have great customer service anymore, however KAYLA WAS AMAZING!

First of all, customer service was the greatest I’ve ever experienced in a long time. First I was greeted and assisted by Kassie and I was shown a few units by another young lady named Kayla. They both were extremely nice and excellent on assisting me and helping me find something that suited my budget. Second, they made me comfortable renting a space out here and assured me that if I needed any further services they’d be glad to help. I am pleased and satisfied for sure. I will be sticking to this company for awhile thanks to these young ladies.

At first I wasn't to pleased with my rental experience , however after going to the office and chatting with the girls on sight I was glad I chose A1 to take my things they seem to care if things get broken into or treated badly. The women in the front office were super helpful and knowledgeable. I originally got a storage that was too small, and they easily helped me find a solution that worked for me. One of the women even walked me around to show me the area and made the whole process easier. The place was comfortable and felt secure

I rate this a 5 star storage place because the staff there is on point. They are very thorough, but accommodating. I technically should put it as a 4 star because i think maybe a little maintenance could be done on a few units, but the staff superceded the lack of maintenance probably required. Like the service and responsiveness of the iStorage staff and am impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, however had problems electronically signing the paperwork on my cellphone. This customer hopes it is easier on a larger machine. Still am not sure if everything was singed/initialed properly. The places where the customer signs were not too bad, but trying to initial the other places was a trial.

The price is affordable and security issues are dealt with immediately. Chose this location for hours of access (6am-10pm). Only downfall is the area itself.

Nice and cheap but closed at 5pm and you gotta be out or stay over night locked in.Everything you would want in a storage facility, Exceptional pricing, only minor issue is we store at their time not ours! I don't have a lot to share. I was only helping a friend load out of this location. The grounds were clean. They have the standard pest control protocols in place. The driving aisles aren't that wide so if it were a busy day, it may be bothersome to park or drive along side someone else. Overall with a tiny bit of time and energy here, it's not bad. I know nothing of rates or customer service.

The staff are amazing. Extremely friendly and resourceful with any issue or problem you might have. The units are very competitively, and reasonably priced. Very affordable. And with the whole pandemic going on they are sympathetic and compassionate for any problems you might have that is storage related. They're door is always open. During business hours of course.

I'm very happy with the staff of iStorage. They are super friendly and helpful. The computer system isn't the best, if you reserve a storage for a certain day and you call to say you need to push the reservation to the next business day; the price will no longer be locked at the price you initially reserved it at. So be sure to go online and lock in your reservation again. For some reason they don't do this for you when you call; system restrictions I guess. The manager was awesome and corrected this for me when I came in to sign my contract. The storage unit was very clean and what I expected. I've used the company PublicStorage before, and these units are very similar and nice. I highly recommend iStorage, they are a very good company.

It was a Tiger storage before the EYE

I like this place because the staff is awesome. I also love the gate hours with the option of being able to access the site at all hours. It's pretty clean on the grounds. However when I first moved in I didn't know they had rats, they do have it posted now to bring NO FOOD!!!! I had extra dog food and treats and I thought wow I can put them in storage. Lots of shredded packaging and rat poop later I took what was left out of there (dog food). The rent is reasonable and the only other thing I don't like is no restroom. Overall my experience has been good.

I rented a unit two days ago. The staff was professional, helpful and very friendly. This morning, I went and purchased some packaging materials and again they were very helpful and friendly. Thus far, a five star experience. We will only have the unit for a month or two, once we move out, I will love a final review, good, bad or ugly, although I have no reason to believe there would be anything negative to say. Lorraine greeted me with a smile as I entered the office.Lorraine was very professional,and gave me friendly courteous information about how to rent a unit.She explained the rules, gave nev price quotes and provided me with a business card for the storage site .I was impressed and decided to rent a unit.As another professional service, Lorraine radioed Dee to show me the units I was considering to rent. Dee came promptly and took me to see two different units acvording to the size units I was interested in renting .The places and storage area was well kept, very clean and superbly maintained.Again, I was impressed Dee gave me information on how to code in to unit sites and reminders of times the property was opened and closed. After Dee returned me to the office I rented a unit.Lorraine was training a new employee.For hands on training, Lorraine requested the new employee assist and enter all my personal information in the computer.The new employee was very friendly, smiled often and was extremely friendly.Lorraine gave me the lock,contract and made sure I understood how to code in while entering and exiting the property.As an added reminder, Lorraine wrote my code down on a card.She was fantastic. Thank you for renting to me.Ubwill tell my friends,neighbors and family and recommend you highly.

Sean really helped me out when i needed a unit to put my belongings. I recommend extra storage to everybody. And not only does extra storage have flexible hours which allows you access to your unit. They are also the only storage company in the world that sale locks you can not cut.

Didn't know what to expect before coming here but wow! Definitely recommend this facility, always clean and the staff are extremely friendly. The assistant manager Sean sat down with us and helped us choose the best storage space for our needs and was a consummate professional. You could tell he knew what he was doing and that made the choice to store our belongings here a no brainier. 10/10 would recommend to all my friends and family!

I was in a really difficult place. I called the storage and spoke to the main office. The man was very kind and understanding. Then I found the business on Madison Avenue and spoke to Kristina. She is amazingly kind understanding organized and prompt. I highly recommend this business.

Great place, convenient from I 80, Friendly, Helpful staff. Been an Extra Space customer for a long time now. I moved to a new area and needed a place to park one of my vehicles right away. I pulled into this Extra Space and was relieved to find Sean who assured me that he had a place for my car. Sean took time to show me available options and gave me all the information that I needed. He helped me pick a nice spot in direct view of one of there cameras. I had told him of my recent issues at my new residence and my not and my not having cameras and concern for my car.
