Kara is great, the facility is good, whoever sets the rates is not customer friendly at all! Had space at this facility since 2017 and suffered through one too many rate increases so I vacated along with many others. Space offered for $280 month on the website today was costing me $353 month. This is insulting and bad policy towards long term good customers. So 3 stars for Kara and the facility, Zero stars for the executive setting rates and policy.

I must say each and every one of my encounters at iStorage has been exceptional thanks to Kara. Her high energy and positive attitude are contagious. I wish I could get this kind of service everywhere but unfortunately it has become rare to come by!

So far my husband and I really like the facility. It is well kept and quiet compared to out last one. The gate hours are a plus and Kara was very pleasant.

The location is ideal, and the property is clean and orderly. Greatly appreciate her service and use of the unit.

I worked with Bryan in Rancho Cordova and he was a great finding the space I needed. initially there were no small spaces but within an hour Bryan had found me one. the renting process was easy and quick and friendly. The space is clean secure with easy access. I am happy.

The staff is wonderful

I personally think this storage facility is great. The units have alarms, on-site management, and its clean. There isnt a bunch of tweakers and weirdos living out of their units like other places.

Lorraine the Property Manager is great ! She made my move in so easy and that what makes me want to stay with" iStorage" .Plus I just have to say this I use to have a storage with "Public Storage" and it was dirty , break in's and people wondering around the Property . So far so good, the facility is clean and unit is in good shape. Not seeing any rodent/insect issues like other places. Originally had a lower rating but had name of place confused with other place i had moved stuff out of.

Visited this site and I was very impressed with its appearance it was very clean and extremely well maintained and secure Lorraine was super friendly and a pleasure to speak with.

We had to drive all the way down from Elk Grove, to check this place out. We made it five minutes before closing and I’ll tell you what. Lorraine greeted us with a smile, she was very informative and we chose a storage unit right there and then. We appreciated that she stayed after her time was done, if it wasn’t for her we wouldn’t have a storage unit to house our stuff!!! A+ customer service!

What originally drew me to istorage was how clean the facility looked. Although I Miss Gloria the current management is top-notch. Lorraine is super friendly and has been a great help with everything I've needed. Whether it be getting me into my unit because I lost my key or suggesting the best way for me and my pocket book to downsize and transition into a smaller storage. We rented a large storage unit from iStorage located at Sunrise and Monier in Rancho Cordova from October 2017 through January 2020 and have been very pleased with the high quality of service we have received. The facility it both clean and very secure. A special thanks to Gloria, the manager. She gave us a printed rental ledger reflecting our payments, when we were confused about our rent. We use this facility for our business storage. We don't need climate controlled spaces so this place works great for us and has terrific pricing. Easy access, good security, competent people. We recently increased our space by moving to a larger unit and the process was painless thanks to the helpful office staff.

The location is ideal, right on a main highway, and the facility is very secure and well maintained with plenty of lighting. I am very impressed with the security system and if you need to rent a storage unit, I highly recommend iStorage.

This is just your average storage place. It's located next to a bunch of othet warehouse businesses. They have weird hours.

This place has large units and large Isle way's for larger 26 or 28 ft moving trucks. Secured access. Staff is a little on the forward side.
