My need for a storage was handled quickly and efficenctly

The units are clean and hours are good. I do have a concern about lack of security. Gates are not in operation and although we are supposed to enter an access code to use the elevators, they work without a code. I, as a women, am not comfortable going to a 2nd floor inside unit alone.

First I must say I had a storage unit with your company in 2013 or 2014 and was very satisfied. This time I met Kristie who was very knowledgeable. I told her I was looking for a 5x5(to small) or 5x10 (to big) unit. Than she asked me if I would be interested in in a 10x5 which I never knew about. Once I saw it, I knew it would be perfect for my needs. Thank you for having a very knowledgeable employee.

I started out with a smaller unit and realized i would need more space so I went in the office talked with them and with a smile he graciously walked me over to a different unit I loved the space and it wasn't much more money i was switched out in a matter of minutes with no hassles or dirty looks like it was an inconvenience! The guys on Chiquita in Cape Coral, are the best. When I reserved my first unit online they called me almost immediately to confirm my reservation, welcomed me aboard, and asked me what time I would be in to get everything going. When I showed up, things went very smooth. Unfortunately, I had a lot more stuff than I thought and filled the space. I rented another unit about a week later and the guys had everything ready when I showed up to do the contract and get the unit. Definitely a pleasure to work with.

I rented a UHaul truck from iStorage. It was clean and ran well. No complaints whatsoever except that I returned the truck on a Sunday and had to complete turn-in transaction by cwll phone. Corporate UHaul required a bunch of photos and then charged me $60.00 for fuel even though I drove 43 miles and returned it at the fuel level I started with. No phone numbers to call, either. I went nack on Monday and Boogie immediately took care of the issue and worked with corporate to refund me the charge for the fuel. I would use iStorage again.

Jim at call center was informative. I chose this business because they were $7/month less than nearby competitors plus they offered first month free, which competitors did not! Donny was helpful and kind when I signed the lease. Unfortunately, light outside my unit was out,. While visible, the space was inconveniently dark. I reported to, GM, who assured me it would be corrected next day. Also, 2 carts were missing a wheel, also reported to GM and assured would be corrected same week. Security seems sufficient. I do not understand, however, why renters code is required to exit? Location and access is very good for us.

Needed to make sure my kayak fit in the storage unit I rented so Donny took his tape measure and measured the storage unit for me to make sure it fit before I rented it. I also needed to make sure the kayak fit in the Uhaul I rented. Donny measured that for me as well! I can definitely say that this place gives you a guaranteed success experience. This is a very well maintained facility with great service. Came in late on a Friday and Donny was more than helpful. He quickly got me in and out and on my way. The next morning I was moving my stuff in and Donny walked by and asked how it was going. I told him think i had underestimated the amount of things i had to store. With that he showed me another unit around the corner and within 5 minutes I had a bigger unit to move into. Thanks for being there Donny. I got everything moved in before the rains hit.

My wife and I utilized this location twice during our move from out of state before getting into an apartment, and then again in preparation for the move into our first home. Boogie and Donnie were professional and and made the transitions smooth. The price was very reasonable. Even though we were located on the second floor, the elevator was large enough to have 3 roll carts full of our stuff to make the moving faster. We felt that our items were secured at all times between the lock they provided when we signed up, and all of the security cameras on the interior and exterior of the building.

Our family just moved to the area and were in need of storage. The guys at the Cape Coral office went over and above to make sure our stuff was situated even before our arrival as our pod got there a week before we moved down there. The guy that runs it is super nice. Temperature controlled and a big elevator if your on the second floor. The place is clean and well insulated. Talk to boogie hes the man.

I just read the post from the fellow with the parking space. Did you talk to Boogie? Must not have. He makes everything right. We have rented from iStorage in 5 different locations and Boogie is the best manager I have ever dealt with. This facility is clean, well run and everything there works. My husband loves going there because Boogie makes him feel at home in a visit. I’m sorry, I’ll gladly pay more for what they offer. Clean, safe and security. Sir, their price is cheap compared to what you get. I give these guys 10 stars. 5 for me and 5 you should have given. Welcome to Cape Coral.

I storage was a perfect choice for my boat, clean , gated, with my own security code, camera's everywhere watch over closely. I gave peace of mind knowing my vessel is safe , secure, and dry, with no rodents

The manager was very helpful and nice to work with. So far I am very please. Very clean also.

The storage place is Great the mover they recommended was horrible and beyond words. He did a very lousy job and cursed at me constantly. Very negative but then at the end he wanted to move me out of storage when I purchase my home. He told me of course that my rates would be even higher then. He didn't earn what he was paid to unload the truck Storage consultants have done everything to make this a pleasant experience on their end.

We searched Cape Coral for a storage unit after we moved here for items that would not fit in our rental house. I rent a storage unit at the chiquita blvd location first let say that Melissa Is the best at that location I just love her she is definitely a people person 1st time I met her I clicked with her she's very honest very knowledgeable knows her job very well and always to me keeps the customer satisfied she's an awesome person She's definitely a keeper I'd hire her in a second love the way she presents herself always polite And a hard workerJust love her Beautiful person The company should be proud to have her

Did not know what to expect, committed sight unseen from 250 miles away, and obtained two climate controlled storage units for a future move to CC. Service and facility was excellent, and I don't rate any business so highly. I cherish my stars, plus many kudo's for Mellissa who managed above and beyond the call of duty, helpful, cheerful, and very professional. Unfortunately, there is no in house restaurant at this facility but I still give it 5 stars.
