Mary Brooke is a relatively new manager at this particular location. I cannot say enough good things about her. She is always polite, friendly and helpful. Even the last few months while I was cranky and dealing with leftover chemo recovery, Mary made the istorage issues very minor. Mary is perfect for North Fort Myers.

The manager provided phenomenal customer service. I thought renting a storage unit would be a pretty straightforward procedure, but once I was given all my options, I was thoroughly overwhelmed. Do I want a drive-up unit, or save my money and get an interior? Is climate controlled really that important? Will all my stuff fit in the unit I had reserved? Brad was super patient and gladly walked me through all of my options in person so I could see specifically which unit I would be getting. I didn't feel pressured to pick the more expensive option either; he genuinely wanted me to find the right unit for my needs. While we were walking the property, he even stopped to assist someone who was struggling to load furniture onto his truck. The guy didn't even ask for help, and I'm sure many employees would be hesitant to help for liability reasons, but he said, "I'd rather help you now than have to call an ambulance when this thing falls on you!" Lol. The property also seemed clean and well-managed.

So far so good. I reserved a unit online and with my AAA membership I got a discount. Yea!! Upon arrival, Mary (who was awsome) showed me the size I booked and the next size up. Let's just say she knows her stuff. She sold me on the bigger unit. The entire building is very clean...I know this because I got turned around and walked the entire facility looking for my space. The staff has been great, very outgoing. My experience, in general (not istorage), is the rate increase after 3 months. I have been there for 2 months and everything has been perfect....

I was in desperate need of a storage facility at a decent low rate Brad help me out. He was very courteous very helpful and very indecisive on the space needed for what we needed to store I was looking for a larger unit thinking that's what I would need when in actuality I did need the smaller unit and he was able to help us get a price that was reasonable.

Just recently moved into this I storage location from another one of their locations not due to any problems at the other one just had to make a financial change Mary & Brad made the process so easy if I needed anything at all they were there even if I couldn't find my unit after having Brad show me it the day prior didn't matter all I had to do was call the office somebody came down show me where was they're always willing to help great people at this location

I personally have never experienced the care, courtesy, and just general customer service that she provided. She honestly was the main reason I choose to store my things at simply self storage. The property and units are kept to the highest standard of cleanliness, the security system is top notch, and I trust my things are in good hands there. The inside is so well climate controlled you could watch TV comfortably for hours!

Rachel and Mary Brook were extremely helpful and they explained everything clearly. I was greeted by both immediately upon entering the office. I can't wait to move in. I am currently renting from a competitor and am contemplating moving my storage from that facility to this facility within the near future. This facility is so convenient as I live nearby. by the way, they both informed me that because there is no climate control on the third floor, I cannot leave my significant others in the 10x10. They are somewhat disappointed but they understand. They added that should you have any climate control in the future on the third floor plus WiFi, to please notify them however we were informed that reauest may be considered at a much later date.
