Moving can be such a hassle but the staff at I storage make it almost fun with a very friendly and laid back approach makes for a no drama hassle free environment . I have used the climate control facility twice now. It's a very convenient location right off i-70 and very secure. The manager is a wonderful person, knowledgeable and very helpful. It's always very clean. It's an easy process in and out. I will continue to use this istorage in the future.

I originally went to their other location on State Ave but the wonderful ladies there referred me to the 78th St location because a climate controlled unit better suited my needs. Anyway, the staff at both locations were EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. I got to the 78th St location and he was waiting on me. Showed me the unit. Had me in and out in just a matter of minutes

Okay. I'm VERY PICKY when it comes to customer service. I figure I'm paying for space and I expect to be treated like I'm intelligent, kind, and capable. Also I expect the agent to talk to me WITHOUT racial or gender bias. Finally I want a business to accomodate my storage needs as BEST they can when I have to change mid stream for my business needs. Well folks ALL OF THIS HAPPENED at istorage on 78th and I-70. DARIEN the manager there made an A+ grade in serving this customer.

My sentimental treasures are safe in a climate controlled unit; the manager was enthusiastic and I appreciate having no worries about my belongings in safe storage.

I had an all around great experience with this istorage location. The manager, Darren Stuart, was kind, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. I had to move due to a foreclosure, and my friend called around to storage units to try to get pricing, sizes and other info. She told me Darren was so helpful on the phone plus they had low prices and nice facilities. I could not have made it thru this difficult time in my life if getting the storage unit was a hassle. It would have been the thing that really pushed me to despair. Thank you Darren, so much for everything. I know it sounds like I'm exaggerating here but I truly mean everything I said.

Super friendly and welcoming! Easy process and the manager seems to genuinely want the customer to have the best experience! The gate process is easy and simple. Gate access hours are super simple (6am - 10pm everyday), so no looking up the hours all the time! The only suggestion that I might have for this location is to repave the pavement. It is very lumpy and may be awkward loading or u loading things to a vehicle. But It caused no problem for me!

I rented from iStorage for about a year and I never had any issues, I would go back and use them in a heartbeat. I highly recommend iStorage. Easy access, great price and awesome customer service. Nice and quiet and peaceful. Sets off the road with easy access going in and also easy getting to my storage unit. Spacious driving areas between the buildings and the staff are always ready to answer any questions or give a hand to help if need be. I also noticed that they keep a close eye on security. Helps me to know that my personal belongings are safe.

We were moving from Clearwater Florida to the Kansas City area and were running a bit late, but Chuck waited for us so we wouldn't have to drive around with a 26' moving truck til the next day. He was very helpful and friendly. They have a great security system and we feel our household is safe there.

Chuck took excellent care of us during a challenging move. I would go back there again.
