Renting the space was trouble free and seamless. I scheduled and call, got the pricing, agreed on an available unit, gave my information and BOOM! Done! I got a confirmation email with all the entry information and was good to go. Moved in the following week no problems.

I called inquiring about units to several different places and besides the great promos the lady Shaneya i spoke with really knew her stuff she described it to a T and told me everything i should know. I came to the property and another lady shenika was there she has a welcoming attitude and allot of patience (because i do ask allot of questions lol) she showed me a few units and broke down the pricing etc. Unfortunately they didn't have the size i needed anymore but i felt that i needed to leave a review because there customer service was awesome!

The manager personally called me to review the reservation I made on-line. The manager checked me in when I arrived, showed me my storage unit, fixed the blown light bulb in the unit, and provided me with a free door lock (a promotion for reserving unit on-line). The code for the gate was personalized for me when I arrived. The unit was easy to get to. Parking was not an issue and the pricing was the best I could find in the area.

Great place, awesome customer service!

Great value, however the inside units are in dire need of maintenance and updates. Having a lock on the door seems silly; the corrugated metal walls are so flimsy and unsecured that I could pop the door open even with the lock on the latch. Half the lights don't work, and clearly no one is going around and updating any of the fixtures. Broken windows, exposed wiring held together with tape, old flimsy plastic entrance ways...

Joe and Sheheina (dont’t know how to spell correctly) where amazing! I was having a ton of issues with my car starting up and Joe went out of his way to help me and ended up fixing my car so i didn’t have to get it towed. I could not have had a better experience there and those two were life savers!

I have used many self storage facility all over the country and I will say this. Judy if far and away the most helpful individual I have come across in the self storage industry. People need storage for a variety of reasons, in my case it was to secure the contents of an elderly parents home that had been lost to a fire. After the salvaged items had been cleaned, our family, distraught by this event, looked for a place to store these very special effects on our mother’s behalf. Judy was generally concerned, sympathetic, attentive and caring to our needs. It is because of this that I would never hesitate in my recommendation of the I-Storage facility in Hingham.

Convenient place to store your stuff. The only complaint is the hard plastic slitted curtain that is there to try to keep the weather out. It is very hard and dragging that thing across your face each time you bring something in or out gets very old very quickly.

I'm leaving this facility primarily because I'm saving $104. per month for the same size unit in a new facility. I rate Judy the manager 5 stars because she truly understands customer service and has been very helpful. I downgrade the rating because of the company. I had a ceiling leak destroy my camera bag and some pictures, the door was balky, and when they plow in the winter they leave a 3 foot wide snow pile in front of the units.

If you need a storage unit, go with these guys. The online reservation is very easy and you can call to confirm reservation as well. Getting there is a bit tricky cause Google maps takes you to the ice skating rink but they're just behind it. Jacob checked me in and was such an amazing help. Do use them!

The location is great, but I want to update this site review. Since George left over a year ago, Judy has shown to be the one person I could depend on getting anything done for my storage needs. Today I had a great experience at Simply self storage. I walked into the Hingham location and I was greeted by a very friendly and courteous woman name "Kerine" she showed me around the facility and she was very knowledgable.The facility was well kept and I would feel comfortable entrusting this company with my valuables.

The manager was very friendly and helped me choose the perfect unit to fit my needs. Prices are fair and the property is very well kept. I would definitely recommend this property if you need storage. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
