We had the worst weather these past couple of days, torrential rains. The Office called to inform that there may be water damage because of the rain and sure enough, I get there and everything was ruined. It looked like the water line was above my knees, so there was no way items were not damages. I appreciate them calling now to see how the insurance plan works because nothing is salvageable which is unfortunate. I saw many other people there some in tears. I wish everyone well with the process.

Your employee was very acommodating.. I couldn't get to the facility until a little before 6. However she was willing to stay a little later in order for me to set up renting a storage facility.

New customer here. I’ve never had to get a storage unit before but Haylie walked me through the ins and outs of having a storage unit. She made sure I saw all the units available and let me pick which one I wanted. She also cleaned the one I picked before I moved in. The was very thorough and polite. Haylie is definitely a iStorage keeper. I feel safe that my things will be good while I’m away.

Everything is great, price is very good and with my current project at the house I know my stuff is safe while I'm working on the house. Of course I'm in and out of the storage unit from time to time. But I know everything is safe and secure. Office Staff was friendly during the rental process.

I found an incredible deal online that actually saved me from having to throw my items and yet another basement this place has been a godsend as i was kicked out of my home for trying to quarantine with covid. so far my experience has been very good, it was easy to set up an account with istorage, need some direction in finding the storage room, but that was an easy fix with help from the employee. The staff is polite and helpful when needed.

Needed some extra space (apartments just don't provide) so I checked around at a few different places. The final decision to rent a unit here, instead of the others, came down to Customer Service! Katie (didn't catch her last name) took the time to explain the sizes and prices. She helped me to decide on the space that would be suit my needs (FYI - she NAILED it) and she smiled... I assumed she was smiling - couldn't tell with the mask, but I felt it. I look forward to coming back and dealing with her each time.

Staff is great. Very helpful and friendly. Can’t beat the price compare to other competitors. Easy accessible in and out. My only concern is the road before you entered the complex is in pretty bumpy condition but it’s probably because they are sharing their driveway with another complex that is a high traffic volume area especially with deliveries coming through in and out. Other than, I’d recommend this place with a competitive price and great customer service.

Bonnie and Nina were amazing to work with! They were friendly and provided me with the best storage option for my needs. The facility is in great condition. My only concern was the main office was dangerously hot and humid. Not sure how the employees can manage in those conditions and keep a smile on their faces. Also, the driveway leading to the entry keypad is terrible and needs repair quick!! Overall, I had a great experience!!!

With the quick sale of my Condo, we were in need of a place to store stuff rather quickly. I called and reserved the unit using the national number. Nick, the local manager, was eager to help us and called back within 5 minutes! Fast forward 1/2 hour (we didn't have much time folks), Nick greeted us on sight. He was very courteous, helpful, and professional. The location, although older, was neat and clean. We were very greatful to find such a nice place so close to home. We just moved our stuff in a few weeks ago. The manager is very nice and helpful and explained our options so we could choose the right size for our needs. It's clean and easy to get in and out with the security gate. I don't like that you can't make payments ahead of time. They only take full payment and not partial.

My mother Phyllis first spoke with a young lady name Patricia who showed her two 10 x 15 units, one inside and one outside. She went over the prices and was a very pleasant lady. She then decided to use Simply Self Storage and spoke with the General Manager Nick and he was very thorough in regards to the contract and general information. All in all it was a very painless and good experience.
