I have several units in the climate controlled storage area. The common areas are always clean. The manager, Jeremy, is very helpful. His customer service is terrific. He is the main reason why I keep my units At Sylvan Lake location.
I have firsthand experience with more than a few storage operations. iStorage in Sylvan Lake is the most secure and Professional of them all! The icing on the cake is the location! This facility is located close to some main roads which intern have quick access to major freeways in the area.

I’ve been a customer for 5+ years. My items have been safe and in good condition. The facility is secure yet easy to access and neat. The team is responsive and helpful (Jeremy has helped me on many occasions). I’ve been caught off-guard by some of the rate increases over the years but it helped me re-think whether to keep storing some things, and I downsized. The switch was smooth. And I appreciate that they updated their online system.
Jeremy, the manager, has the best customer service skills. He gets 5/5 stars! The company raised my rent every 6 months, and I opted to move out after the second increase (exactly a year after I moved in). This is not a place to store your stuff longer than 6 months. I liked that each unit had a light. The unit and property were very clean.

The manager, Jeremy, is the reason why this storage facility tops my list. He is such a pleasure to work with, goes above and beyond to assist and is enthusiastic and cares about his work. It's as if your items have a home in an apartment building with the most helpful, always-there superintendent! iStorage is so lucky to have Jeremy. My items that I have stored there for years at a time and then retrieved have remained in good condition, the most important aspect of a storage facility. The only problem is that the company relentlessly increases the rent, sometimes more than once a year, and it can really add up. Even then, Jeremy tries to make sure everything is correct and that you have clear expectations. I guess they have to keep up with inflation. Sometimes good quality costs more and you get what you pay for?

This place is super clean compared to my other storage unit somewhere else. I am assuming that they put a lot of money in for managing the place. The manager is also helpful and accommodating. If I had a business, I probably would steal him as my employee. I think he actually cares about the people that stores there.
I have had my storage unit items stolen before from other places, cubesmart.. and am now cautious where I store my stuff. Jeremy, the manager is everywhere even if you don't think he is! that makes me feel that he is keeping an eye out on everyone's unit and safety.

I have a unit there.. for the most part the staff is friendly..but the company doesn't really care about there customers..... they offer no help to the tenants that's struggling and really need to keep the little possessions that they may have left in their lives....

There is nothing I would change about the company or facility.Jeremy is the best Manager around,whenever you have a question about something he is always there to assist you. The property is always clean and kept looking nice.I would recommend this place to friends and family if they were looking for a storage place.

Our experience with Bloomfield/Sylvan Simply Self Storage has been top-notch 100% satisfaction on all points. We have used facility for 2 moves in past years. This past winter, we needed an extra unit for a few months for my delicate art work and supplies. Jeremy found us an additional in-door climate controlled unit at great price that was on special. This was a life-saver. Probably the best thing about this facility is Jeremy's over the top friendly and professional service!

I needed my unit for a few months, and Jeremy was very courteous and clear in explaining the storage facility's policies, terms and conditions. The unit was clean and well lit, access was a breeze, and Jeremy was always available if I had a question about my account. 10/10 would recommend!

I use this place for number of years and it is always a great experience. The place is very well maintained, clean units and hallways and feels very safe and secure. Manager Jeremy is a very helpful, friendly and very professional person. When I leave a message or have a question about unit availability he is very promptly returning all calls. I've used this Simply Self Storage location for the past three years, in order to store my samples/work -related materials. Jeremy has always been very communicative and responds to emails and/or calls very quickly. The building itself is well-lit, safe feeling, and the access is secure yet simple. I always feel safe when I'm in the building where my unit is located, even when I'm the only one inside at that time. I've used other rental facilities before, and have had some creepy experiences, but this place is clean, professional, prompt, and accommodating. Couldn't ask for a better storage unit facility!
My overall experience with simply self storage, Bloomfield hills. Has been a very good experience and the manager, Jeremy is kind and helpful. He gets to know his tenants, and from what I've seen strives to maintain a good relationship with his renters!

I have been a customer a Simply self storage for 4 years now and it's really great, the property is new, I have 24 hr. access, I feel really safe and that my stuff is safe and secure, it's a very clean facility, I've used their in door and out door units, I actually have one that has two doors for both, but most of all Jermey the manager who has been there for years knows everyone and is honestly truly one of the nicest most outgoing and professional people you'll ever meet, him and his staff make the place not just an A but his touch makes the place an A+
I have been a tenant at the Sylvan lake facility for at least 6 yrs now. I can not say enough great things about Jeremy and how he goes above and beyond to be helpful, accommodating and always in a great mood. I have always thought in my mind, "Simply storage is so luck to have him as a manager, because it is so obvious he loves his job and is extraordinary at his job". The property is always spotless and in great shape. I always feel secure and safe when coming and going. I love my indoor unit and the location to my home. The only complaint I would have about SS, is they are constantly raising they're prices. Highly recommend this location.

This is the 2nd time I have used the facility. It is convenient for me and, as almost everyone here has stated, the staff is helpful, friendly, and very professional. Jeremy is especially helpful and is an excellent manager. He is the reason I came back the second time.
We have used this location of Simply Self Storage twice now for storing furniture and other more delicate items in-between and during moves. We have rented non-climate and climate controlled units both times. We shopped around a lot the first time, and could find no other storage that met our needs and had such a good price and excellent level of service. We shopped around the second time, about 5 years later, and found that this was still the best option for us. Jeremy runs an excellent operation and his friendly service is over-the-top excellent!

I've been storing my things at this facility for over a year now. The units are accessable when I need them to be and the facility is very secure. The staff goes above and beyond to be helpful and accomidating. The manager, Jeremy is especially pleasant and always professional. I highly recommend this facility.
I have been storing my things here for 10 years. The main reason I like it here is because of the excellent service at the front desk by Jeremy. He always remembers my name and is on top of things. I like the location too and the security is phenomenal. I definitely recommend it.
