I went into lincoln park storage facility needing a storage unit unsure of my size, Brittany and Eboni was both amazing customer service. I was taken to the unit and showed the size. Eboni was amazing with selling skills. Brittany and Eboni was both amazing at their job and very detailed at explaining everything and all questions that I had ans even went over things j wouldnt had ghought to ask. I definitely recommend this facility to anybody i know! Thank you Ebony and Brittany for such great customer service!

At first I had issues from a online order I'll admit I was frustrated, I called their Corporate office on a Saturday evening.. and they were so understanding and very patient with me ... and because I ordered *online .. I was able to keep my "online" *discount and he gave me another discount for my troubles, I'm really impressed with their customer service experience.. thank you I-storage for your service 👍👍I give you two thumbs up.

We rented a storage unit today and was highly impressed with the iStorage faculty in Lincoln Park, MI. My wife and I checked out numerous storage companies in the Metro Detroit Area both online and in-person over the last few weeks. Yvette and Brittney were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and customer orientated. The security and surveillance system in place was the best I've seen and this was one of our biggest concerns. As a law enforcement officer in this area for 20 plus years and an Army retiree with over 27 years of service this facility is one of the best I've ever seen and would recommend it to anyone.

Brittany was very helpful in helping me figure out the right size unit for my needs. This is the second time I am using this storage facility. Its very clean and secure. The location is very convenient with it being right off of a major freeway. I highly recommend this storage facility.

This is an awesome storage place. It's main road and design make it very visible. The doors go all the wayup to the roofing so no little climbable gaps to worry about. It's all indoors so you have to have a passcode to even enter. Each passcode is registered to a person, it identifies you at entry and exit of building. You drive right into the building and it has carts/elevators. Cheapest units are like $50 a month though including insurance. The biggest ones on ground level can hold parked cars. It's a good location.

Wow I came here Today while shopping around for units, not expecting to actually purchase one immediately. However upon entering the building I was immediately greeted by this young woman named Ivette I believe? She was super helpful, very friendly, informative, and has EXCELLENT customer service skills. This woman is definitely an asset to this company and very good at her job. She made me feel comfortable and that my personal belongings would be safe. I went to another storage unit prior to this one, which was approximately in the same price range for a 10x10 unit, but it's not indoors and not to mention pretty poor customer service. Plus no tour prior to purchasing a unit was given either. To be honest it's Ivette's professionalism and attention to detail that made the difference in choosing a unit. I was willing to pay the extra few dollars for this location, and all thanks to her! This woman deserves some recognition 👏 she's absolutely wonderful at her job. I highly recommend this place and will spread the word! Thanks again Ivette, for making my day so much easier! 😊

So, I have all this extra material from different jobs I needed to store. Cabinets, granite, lighting, etc. I looked online and found this storage place. Reserved a unit. I picked out a 10 x 15. Got it for $96 a month. Paid online. Called in the morning for the code. Pulled my truck inside the building, found my unit with a receipt and a lock and set of keys inside. Couldn't have been easier and I couldn't be happier.

Wonderful experience. Moving to the area and needed a unit for the in between. Yvette and her co-worker were phenomenal and kind. Yvette is the best. We used to have a storage unit here a couple years ago then didnt need it so we closed it out. Recently we needed another one and we knew we were going to see Yvette. This lady works her butt off. Nowhere else for us.

I have been with Simply Self Storage for a long time now. I think its about time I brag a little about your staff and your facility. I truly love how your storage Building units were developed. Its So clean and protected from critters,weather, burglary. I have had other storage places before but Never one like yours. So I would like to thank you. Most importantly is your Staff above all. I live in a different state for now, so I call the storage unit for any questions or any other concerns I have. And I come in a lot, to add or remove things from my unit. It seems like I always get Yvette on the phone. If I go there Yvette seems to always be there. Busy in the office or picking up papers arranging carts. I just want to report that shes a a Wonderful women, hard worker and cares a lot about your place. Yvette has great business and personal Respect. I have gotten to know her over the years. And she always! Goes out of the way to help me if need be! You have a great! Employee there. I have had a couple of businesses myself and would have loved to have had her on my team... Ive kept my stuff here for a few months now. I dont keep good enough track of the monthly bill. Thankfully I get a call from Yvette or another great employee every month to remind me. Something not many places like this will go out of their way to do. Ive had nothing but great experience and I sleep well knowing my belongings are taken care of and secure.

Although my stay here was only a year, I felt my precious stuff was in good hands. The manager, Yvette, friendly, knowlegable, easily accessible by phone, or prompt to return call. I moved to Phoenix a year ago, not a worry about my storage unit or contents. Facility is always clean, and we'll lit, plenty of loading/ unloading space, moving dolleys and elevators. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone in need of storage down river.

Super clean storage facility with excellent staff. The entrance is secure, so you must know the code to enter the building. Accessible elevators mean you can get your stuff from your car to your storage unit quickly and easily. Honestly, this is one of the best storage facilities I have ever been in.

Simply self storage has been amazing.They are super understanding and they are easy to talk to. They answer all of your questions with answers that they obviously know well. I was with them for almost 2 years and never had a problem all my stuff was in a climate-controlled space and there weren't any issues with the building itself. It was very nice I will rent again if I need another storage unit.
