The service was incredible. I applied online and received a call within the hour confirming my needs and the pricing. When I arrived at the facility I was taken around and shown my options. The facility was super clean and secure. The facility is across the street from Navistar, very convenient for my move from Springfield to Urbana. I can access my unit 24 hours a day. My only (and very small) complaint is that I wish there was lighting in the unit. But I got a very good price so beggars can't be choosers. :)

I can't say anything bad about this place at all. They're very friendly my storage is clean and no critters or pests when I pull stuff out here n there n take it home.
I have two units here and it used to be pretty great. Until they got new owners or something because now they are raising my rent on all my units, even though I have been here for years.
