Booking myself via the website was a bit confusing (I was doing this on an iPad, unsure if that matters) when it came to catching all the spots to initial. Just a bit clunky. Filing out the insurance portion of the lease was confusing. I’d agreed to a level of insurance already in the paperwork. Was I now signing up for EXTRA extra insurance? I had to call support to parse this (it’s not more insurance, just wants details from your earlier insurance selection, though it seems odd to be asking the customer to provide this less than obvious info). So, booking yourself online is sort of confusing, since I ended up having to call customer support anyway. However, I called the location with a question later and Shannon was very clear, thorough & helpful. Nice to feel like someone cares about real people AND knows their business. So points won back for that.

10/5/20 - [This review is on behalf a good friend of mine] This is a good location ina Very shady part of town. With taxes & fees, it's $233 per month for a 10' wide x 30' deep x 15' tall unit. It's a fair price for the area that can hold a good 18 pallets of stuff. I can get a better price outside of town, but this is in my neighborhood. The owner keeps it spotless & gate locked at night. No public restrooms.

I like this location better than the Kingston Pike location. My storage unit here has finished walls and has a light installed in the inside, which is great when I'm there after dark. The other location had neither of the two features.

The property manager was very professional and helpful for me and my roommate. Very well kept storage units. Convenient location for college students.
