Michael is always friendly whenever I've had to call for help. there's never been a problem storing my stuff here. there's security cameras so that makes me feel safer about leaving my stuff here. and if I happen to forget to make my payment michael always gives me a courtesy call! I would recommend this place to anyone that's looking for local storage. there's also a place up front that they use to park boats or motorhomes and things like that too.

Michael, the property manager, was very helpful, initially called me before i even finished my reservation for a possible unit asking if i had any questions or if i needed any help. I was honestly surprised when it happened but it was a relief as well, since i did have a few questions i needed answered. Not to mention he was very patient with me. My climate controlled unit is in good condition and I had all my things moved in swiftly. I rented the unit and it was almost immediate getting everything I needed settled to move in. Thanks!

I had a fairly easy time signing up online with the exception of adding my own insurance. I went to the local iStorage and spoke with Michael. Michael was super helpful and we got my lease finished up and on my way in no time! I would recommend the Walker Blvd location in Knoxville, Tennessee!

I had to store a cargo trailer for a few months. Michael was pleasant to work with and made both the start and finish of my time there quick and easy. My trailer was not damaged or messed with and the fact they have live on-site employees helps keep the facility secure. I would recommend them to others.

Renting a storage unit for my mom. Charles is AMAZING!! Very nice and answered all of my questions. If I could change anything or make a suggestion it would be to have better handicap parking. It would be difficult to get a wheelchair up to the office. In my opinion anyway. Charles you're kindness shines in your tiny office!! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

This is a good place to store your stuff but don't follow your GPS it took us down a narrow dead end street that we then had to back the whole way down with a large trailer. Not a fun time at all. I suggested an edit for the entrance but it still has not been approved yet.

I am a student nearby at UT Knoxville and am changing apartments this summer. Instead of moving everything home for a couple weeks and then moving it all back, my roommates and I decided to rent a storage unit. I was greeted by Mary Anne, who was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the registration process. She then gave me a tour of the grounds and made sure to answer any questions I had about their facility. I feel very safe about leaving our things there and it is even more assuring that the staff is so friendly!

I've been renting from CubeSmart on Walker Boulevard for several years, and I've never been more impressed with a manager in any company than I am with Maryanne. Case in point: I've been trying to coordinate the consolidation of several units into one for about a year, and her help has proven invaluable. The balancing act of trying to find an available climate-controlled unit at a time when I could reasonably manage to move everything into it had me practically tearing my hair out, but Maryanne found a unit and helped me work out a doable schedule so that now everything is safely in one place, I honestly don't know how I would have managed this overwhelming task (coming on the heels of having to close a business and empty out a house, hence the multiple storage units) had I not had such a capable, caring FRIEND as Maryanne helping me navigate the process. She is a jewel!

Love using storage pro's for it climate control units but what really makes this place great is Mary Ann. She has been so helpfull to me and my family though everything. Storage pros was doing something right when they hired Mary Ann.

Recently I had checked out this storage facility when we were closing on our house and was impressed with this location. The lady who helped me, Mary Ann I think was her name, was very personable and sweet and the units were pretty nice! I actually felt bad that we ended up closing on our house in time and not needing to use the facility! Just wanted to share my positive experience. It's not everday that you find good customer service nowadays.

I have rented storage from this location since June of 2012. The staff has always been very accommodating and helpful. You never feel like you are a bother to them and the new manager has been especially courteous with the change over to Storage Pros. She allowed me time to get into the facility to get the new paperwork completed and went over everything in detail. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of storage space.

I began as a customer when this facility was still Cube Smart. I was happy with the facility and location but disappointed with the former manager. I was happy to learn when Storage Pros bought this facility they promoted MaryAnne to manager. She has always been extremely friendly and helpful with any of my needs at the facility.
