Great customer service

Customer service is awesome but had contract terminated because they had to to repairs because of the tornado. I checked the building, my unit and other units there was no dqmage. So it was annoying to transfer all my items to another storage unit for nothing.

Sad it's closing down because of the tornado. Been a customer for over a year and never had no problems.

Tommy, the site manager was awesome. I had initial questions regarding the size needed, contractual obligations, hours etc and it took me several visits to finalize my decision. Each time he was patient and accommodating and answered all my questions to help me make the ultimate decision. I would recommend this facility to anyone in the market. D. Smith

Besides the cleanliness, affordable rate, secure and well lit facility, I am extremely grateful for Tommy's extraordinary customer service and professionalism. The manager, Tommy, went above and beyond to support me during a very stressful cross country move/transition. This is my first time using a storage facility and it was a great experience. I didn’t even know where to start but was provided with the perfect guidance. I went in one day and the assistant property manager Tommy G was extremely helpful. He showed me the different size options that would fit my needs and the process was smooth. The staff was very welcoming and ready to help. The building was clean and fairly new. I definitely recommend choosing iStorage, especially this location.

I have been with this storage facility since 2019 and have had no issues. The facility is indoors and I have never experienced any issues with security. Rabia, is the new property manager and she is very friendly and helped me with some autopay issues. Would recommend for anyone looking for a reasonably-priced and well-secured storage unit!

Rabia is an amazing property manager, it was my first time renting a storage unit and she help me out fantastically. She informed me of all my options, help me figure out the locks , and I have some good insurance on my storage. Overall a 10/10 experience for me.

Greatly have enjoyed the process of storing my stuff with istorage in Tanner, AL on Mooresville Rd. The units are clean and easy to access. I actually was able to get my unit, finish the paperwork, get the passcode all online after hours! Can't believe all the security cameras! So I and my family feel very safe even if we have to visit after dark. Miss Leslie is joy to work with. Glad I found you.

RABIA IS AN AWESOME MANAGER!!!!

I used istorage self storage after moving from California to Texas. We felt very secure with our items here. The staff was great and very helpful in getting us started. That was very much appreciated because this is the first time I had ever used a storage service. Highly recommended.

The property manager was a female I forgot her name in February 2022. I wanted to remember her name because she was very helpful. She new her business and made suggestions with a professional and friendly manner. I actually went back and rented a second storage. Very clean and safe facility.

Outstanding customer service provided by Ms.Rabia!! Very professional!!!

I made two payments on two units, but only one was entered into the system which resulted in a lock-out. Miss Rabia looked at my credit card statement and removed the lock-out. The timing was critical in that I had to head for Austin that day. I literally had no other place for those personal things. Miss Rabia resolved a very difficult situation for me and made the necessary correction. I thank you, Miss Rabia.

The young man that was working the day I came in was so sweet and the bathroom was very clean. I was there by myself and with all the security cameras I felt very safe

It’s a decent storage facility, and the people that work there are nice. If you are ever late on payment however, no matter if you’ve made the past 28 payments on time, they will hit you with that late fee. Even if you’re a day late and never made a late payment before, they will not work with you or waive it. Would also be nice if the facility was gated. Also the rent will be raised regularly

The lady at the desk was very nice and helpful. She walked me through every detail of my storage including the use of the 🔐 lock.

I was Blackhawk Self Storage's first customer. They have been great to work with and they have always been there to resolve any issues that came up. The 2 best things are that they are closer to my house and they have much more reasonable rates than the storage company I was at before. Great Customer Service and Great people working for them

I moved into 2 spaces on 3-6-2019. The development is neat, clean and secure. I like the cylinder locks they offer to be used on the units. I think they add an extra layer of security. No longer do we have to use the standard horseshoe hanging locks, those that can be cut with bolt cutters. MANAGEMENT: Ms. Barbara Perkins/ Manager was very accommodating and professional. Today is 3-12-2019 and I am happy!
