This facility is always kept clean and Andrea simply has to be the nicest and most helpful person. I am always calling and asking various questions and Andrea is so patient and clarifies things for me. She never makes me feel as if I am a burden or bothering her. In my opinion, iStorage is very lucky to have Andrea.

I chose this storage based on the reviews. However, the customer service is actually better than the reviews. Lillian was extremely helpful in choosing a unit. Not only was she helpful, she was sincerely courteous. A few days later I rec'd a call from Andrea to make sure everything was OK because the unit was still vacant. In my opinion, this shows concern for the customer. This is a genuinely friendly business who cares about the needs of their customers. If you need storage, I recommend this company highly!

I have had a storage building with them for over a year. Its easy to get to, very well maintained and the staff is always helpful. On the days I was there alone, I always felt safe too. I would definitely use them again when I'm in need of a storage.

Wasnt my first choice but glad i stopped by to get info. Barbara (i believe was her name) answered all of my questions and helped me pick out the right size to fit our needs. I was really overwhelmed with having to move from a huge 2 bedroom apt to a small 1 bedroom apt and wasnt exactly sure what to do with all of our stuff. Was very easy process actually! I look foward to continuing business with istorage.

This storage facility is wonderful! They keep it very clean, secure and always sprayed for pests. You cannot ask for a more perfect and convenient place to store your valuables. The staff member, Ayrial was very helpful this weekend, it is like she owned the place as she spoke with intelligence and such care for the facility. Every staff member that I have encountered has been great. I would use them again in a minute!

Ayriel was exceptionally helpful. She maneuvered through her inventory to accommodate my needs and found exactly the space to fit my stuff comfortably. On such short notice, she handled everything in a professional manner and was great.

.I didn't see the staff myself but husband said they were friendly yet with a "to each their own" air. I enjoyed the facility for its cleanliness, easy access for tenants to a heavy-duty steel dolly cart, and availability of climate-controlled units.

I have been a customer for the past six years. I originally thougt it would be for a couple of months. The reason I mention this is because Pamela and the team at LockTite Storage have treated me very courtesouly the entire time. I even got calls letting me know my payments were due to help avoid late charges. Who does that? I lost my keys twice and Pamela was able to help me with taking the old locks off and putting new locks on. The servce is beyond approach. My only sad thing to say is that after six years I have finally moved my stuff out of LockTite Storage. Who knows I may just call to say hello every now and then. I highly recommend using this storage facility.

One of the best reasons for their location is that it was “high and dry” during Harvey. They have great service and very friendly and cooperative people. Very convenient, as it so close to get on and get off of the Beltway and 45.

This office is so clean and has a such a homey feeling, not at all like other storage places I have been in! The staff is very pleasant and helpful (and they have snacks)!!!! The best part is they have a FREE truck they let you use for moving in or out! That totally saves me since I don’t have a truck!

I have used this storage company for several months and have really enjoyed the usage. The units are always clean and the climate control temp is always great. I have no problem putting fragile things in this unit. Oh and the staff is awesome always there to help in anyway they can. I also like the convince because it is close to my home.

We have been clients of LockTite Storage in Pasadena Tx. since May 2015. Since day one the staff at LockTite Storage in Pasadena Tx. has treated us like family. They have always showered us with attention and service. Almost every visit that we have made to our storage units we were greeted by the senior manager Ms. Pamela (ALWAYS with a smile and full of professionalism). If Ms. Pamela was not there it was Mr. Brandon (ALWAYS with a smile and full of professionalism). I have always been impressed with the neatness and cleanness of this facility. I have never seen a single piece of trash laying around inside or outside this facility. The actual outside of the buildings are always clean and new looking. The inside of the climate control units are well lit, very dry cool climate, and hallways swept clean of any form of dirt. This facility has cameras EVERYWHERE. This facility is higher in elevation compared to everything else around it, so flooding has never been a concern for us. I have always felt keeping our stuff here was very safe and secure. I am also impressed with the fact that this LockTite facility is an active member of the community. I have seen them promote and facilitate food drives for the community food pantry. I saw them promote and facilitate a blood drive that helped save lives. I am sure there are more but these are the 2 that I know of. They give (as in FREE usage) a 17 foot moving truck to move all my stuff into storage and out of storage. They even have complimentary cold bottle water and sodas for whoever wants it. I have not found a better storage unit than LockTite Storage in Pasadena, Tx. I STRONGLY recommend this facility to anyone.

I haven't even met the onsite manager yet but I love this place. How could you possibly feel any other way I won't have to go to the U-Haul for a Truck 2 move in or out. If you need help being relocated,... Well, they help you with that as well. How much y'all know everything after I'm on the property for the first time.
